Grand Cali Hotel

住了不下於10次了，無論是環境還是服務都非常好！

房間太按，窗户小，設施舊，洗完澡，一直有滴水聲

We had reserved 12 rooms from January 2022 from agoda.com and when we arrived at the hotel they told us to annulate the reservation because they cannot accept the money we've already paid and to pay 150 euro for the triple room (100euro proce difference). At the moment, on *********** the price of that room was 70€. They tried to convince us to annulate and told that they cancelled the reservation with agoda but didn't want to show us that email so I told hotel manager to call the director so I can speak to him to solve the problem. When I get in contact with him at the phone the hotel manager told him that we paid 10€ for one double room and at the moment I have told that we paid much more (47) he told me immediately to give the phone to manager and we did not had to pay anymore. Also, they had only 5 rooms at this hotel evwn if the parking and hotel was empty and send the rest of us to hotel Cali (3*) which was horrible!!!!!! The smell of smoke and the dirt made our night a bad dream! In addition, after the breakfast of our friends (5 rooms our of 12) at Grand Cali, they asked again for the price difference even if we've already discussed this issue the day before. I do not recommend at all this hotel anymore, even if we were here 5 times before!!!

The manager of The hotel was trying to receive more money than we paid and reserved a few days earlier. No rooms received in The hotel, even if we reserved în January. They sent us to Cali Hotel (3*) which was very dirty and bad smelling! We won't come back in The future, as it seems that their policy is to steal money from The tourists.

Overall property is good clean and in the town. They don’t speak English this is big problem.

Covid zamanı geldim, sigara içilen oda istemediğim için benim odamı covidli katına vermişler, daha sonra öğrendim. Sabaha kadar öksürenlerin seslerini duydum, odaların önünde kahvaltı tabakları duruyordu, şüphelendim. Covidli hasta katı var mı diye sordum, yok dediler. Ancak işim bitince istanbula dönünce covid kaptığımı anladım. Çok ağır covid tedavisi gördüm, ölümden döndüm. Bu kadar ahlaksız ve karaktersizlerin olduğu, bu kadar kötü yönetilen, insan sağlığını önemsemeyen bir otelde kalınmamalı. Herşey berbat, uzak durun.

Perfecte ontvangst, en hadden een upgrade naar prachtige kamer (zijn al vaak in dit hotel geweest). Vriendelijke bediening en personeel. Gewoon een prima verblijf!!!

Otele ilk girişte resepsıyonıst arkadaslar guleryuzlu . Açık büfe kahvaltı rezalet !!!! soğuk su yok , kahvaltılıklar kurumuş taze değil çeşit çok az grand ismini koyuyorsanız isminize yakışır hizmet etmelisiniz. bir daha zorda kalmadıkça kalacağımızı sanmıyorum. Ayrıca oteldeki balo salonunda konakladığımız sırada düğün vardı katıldık & personelin misafirlerin masadan kalktıktan sonra masa altlarını karıştırdığını ve sürekli birşeyler aradığını gördük. hiç etik değil , iş bilmeyen personel ( resepsiyon hariç )

Telefonla rezervasyon yaptırdığımda 2 oda için 600 1 oda için 700 TL. Toplam 1900 TL. dediler fakat konakladıktan sonra 3 oda için 3000 TL. fiyat çıkardılar tutarsız bir işletme o bölgeye yolunuz düşerse başka boş otel dolu burayı tercih etmeyin...
