Excellent location, about 300m from the entrance to the ancient city of Kashgar and food avenue. Reception staff do not speak English but are helpful using a translation app like Bidu translate. Taxis are excellent to get about .

If you’re looking for a hotel in a central area of Kashgar, this is it. It’s less than 1 block from one of the entrances to Ancient City. Seriously, just turn a corner and you’re there, next to some amazing Uyghur restaurants.
The room is pretty standard and includes everything you need. Breakfast was pretty lackluster — I went at 9am and all of the dishes were cold. Even the fried rice. Didn’t bother going for the rest of my stay since inexpensive local food is everywhere.
The hotel also offers free laundry machines (washer AND dryer) with free detergent. That was super useful since I was on a long solo backpacking trip.
Overall, great hotel for the price. Skip the breakfast and walk a few meters around the area and get some authentic Uyghur food instead.

來喀什第三次出差，因為旺季之前住的酒店都漲價了，所以選了這個酒店，住了總共五天，前兩天幫忙升級了房型，挺不錯的，但是實際上一個人出差住商務大床房足夠了。
之後退房我讓酒店幫忙開發票，幫忙開發票的前台態度很差，和她溝通起問題還反問起我來了，溝通極其費勁，真的讓人很難受。
早餐其實也一般，大部分菜都很油。
其次，退房前一天晚上打算把衣服洗一下，結果別的房客把我的衣服漏拿出來，和他的一起洗了，導致我找衣服找到十二點，我還要趕第二天一大早的航班。和酒店溝通溝通了半天，一開始説沒看見，最後還是自己去找才找到。
總體來説，客觀評價，入住體驗還行，但是開發票那個前台的態度很差，和她溝通異常費勁，之前出差就沒過這樣的體驗，以後來這邊出差也不會再來這家酒店。

酒店的位置在古城門口，出如古城很方便，在房間可以看到古城的風景。
衞生很好，清掃速度也很快。
缺點就是衞生間比較小，上廁所有點侷促，房間面積也不大，如果可以住一張大床還是住大床吧！
早餐比較一般，沒有什麼太多的選擇。

賓館離古城非常近，幾步路就可以走到西區的入口，周邊很熱鬧，有醫院，小學，公交車站，出行非常方便。我提早到，然後客服説房間還沒打掃，所以把行李一放就出去逛逛了，下午2點到的時候就入住。房間不是很大，但是佈局合理，打掃的很乾凈，床品也很舒服。衞生間的用品以及大小都很好，早餐品種還是比較多的，一般吃吃已經夠了。賓館的客服以及其他服務人員態度都非常好，很熱情。

連住了三天哈哈，酒店非常乾淨，智能家居很好用，特別是那個自助早餐，是我來新疆吃過的品類最多的，口味也超棒。前台小姐姐非常奈斯，聽説我們要去塔縣玩還送了我們兩個氧氣瓶，是來新疆這麼久體驗最棒的酒店！沒有之一！強烈推薦！（不是託！不是託！不是託！）
