I’m so glad I picked the Nanjiang Global for my stay in Kashgar. It exceeded my expectations, and my stay was really pleasant. After long days exploring, it always felt good to come home to my room. And given the summer heat, I loved that there was ice cold lemon water always waiting for me in the lobby. The check-in service was great and my room was upgraded. The suites are really comfortable, with amenities by Shanghai Tang. I also saw the standard double rooms, and they were spacious and nice too. The front desk manager who goes by the name Hunter was excellent and so helpful, as were others staff members. Hunter’s English is great and he answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Ask him to write down the hotel’s name in Uyghur for you if you’ll be taking taxis. It’ll be a big help. The hotel is very clean, and breakfast was much more than basic. I hope I have the chance to visit Kashgar again, and I’d be happy to return to this hotel.

工作人員李雪，吳華英從我下飛機開始一路跟進我的行程，安排好我的入住時間，是我出差住酒店以來入住最快的一次，還在房間送了精緻的果盤，退房時也有小禮物贈送，很好的酒店，不愧是五星級酒店，管理真的很到位，位置也很好，出行方便，非常推薦！

酒店環境好，地理位置優越，前廳接待小姐姐李雪，吳華英服務熱情周到，還為我們免費升級了房型，前台小姐姐還送了免費的小禮品，比麗克孜小姐姐也積極主動幫忙拿了行李，工作人員都很敬業能及時處理問題，設身處地為客人着想，店內還提供了免費的健身房，游泳館，非常滿意的一次入住體驗！

酒店很乾凈，工作人員米熱班、阿里木很熱情，酒店給我們房間提前送了果盤和堅果，很貼心，房間裏配了很多礦泉水還有本地特地色飲料，給大家強烈推薦👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻豪華高級酒店

套房空間不錯，床2米寬，很適合帶娃出行。小缺陷是套房衹有一個衞生間。服務很熱情，前台辦理入住的時候，送了孩子新疆帽作為小禮物。房間裏有歡迎水果，一路上的酒店，這家的歡迎水果是品質最好的，庫爾勒香梨巨甜。迎賓的小哥幫忙用行李車搬運行李，入住和離開時，不同的人，都一樣熱情幫忙。

已經是第二次入住了。這次來感覺酒店又裝修過一次，整體很乾凈明亮，前台服務也很專業周到。個人感覺跟麗笙算一個檔次，但從價格上來講性價比就高了。早餐也非常豐富，下次來喀什繼續入住！
