"Pada saat check in kami ditawarkan untuk upgrade ke kamar dgn view pemandangan dan tmbahan charge 50k. Setelah setuju dan membayar kami menuju kamar, sampai di kamar saya mmbuka pintu balkon dan yg kami lihat bukan view pemandangan melainkan jalanan dan area parkir hotel. Kecewa krn ptugas hotel tidak mnjelaskan dgn detail dan tdk dijelaskan jg bahwa hnya tersisa satu kamar lg. Kemudian saluran kamar mandi jg mampet, sehingga air tergenang pada saat mandi. Tv tidak berfungsi, bikin anak2 jd gak betah di kamar."

"No Wi-Fi. Nearby there is a villa where young people sing karaoke and play the guitar every day, sometimes until 1-2 am, this makes it difficult to sleep. I hope the situation will change. Beautiful view from the second floor (take a room on the second) of the volcano. For a short stay this is a good place."

"Pariban hotel was a very nice place to stay near Berastagi. The surrounding area is beautiful at the base of Mt Sibayak. There are numerous hot springs nearby but Pariban also has a private hot spring pool for guests which is great. The amenities were okay, however we had to ask for a bathmat and toilet paper. Also the toilet cistern was leaking. Overall, we would definitely stay here again however just be aware it is quite a way from the town of Berastagi and not ideal if you are wanting to do a sunrise hike of Mt Sibayak. It's important to know that since it is quite far from Berastagi itself, if you book a private driver you may be charged extra to get here."

"We came to this hotel on night and everything have been prepared for us. We enter to the room straightaway and prepare to sleep. Book two standard hotel since we have 5 people. Even though its cheap, but we have a great stay to rest. There are hot water in the toilet room. There are no fan and a/c because the room already so cold."

"The room is clean, but the service and facilities are lacking. Towels are not asked for, not given, soap and toothbrush are not there. There is no Aqua or a place to boil hot water. The toilet can not be pressed, broken, the bathroom door handle is loose, winning in the room is spacious, clean and the place is close to the city. We chose a family room on the 3rd floor, it feels like bringing children to the 3rd floor is a bit dangerous because climbing the stairs is afraid the children will fall. I will not come here again"

"amazing rooms with breathtaking views right at the top of the mountain. the weather temperature was very cold in the month of october therefore a light cardigan will be perfect to keep warm. the resort provides complimentary tours with a selection of activities at your comfort and some tours are available also for a small fee. all the attractions needs to be booked at the reception lobby."

"Great place to stay. Very quiet and chill. Only downside was the flushing toilet did not work properly, the hand washing sink's pipe was not properly installed, the speed of the shower was not fast enough and hot water sometimes was limited (maybe because we did not know how to operate it well). Overall, with quite an affordable price, I can't complain much 👍 Also, they allowed me to borrow their water host to clean my car before checking out on their reception yard."

"Having a last minute booking the reception was really fast. We were also given a voucher for snacks. The view was fantastic. Being facing the Bukit Barisan and having Mt. Sibayak as a background. Thought of having dinner at the Rooftop cafe. But only knew that the cafe only opened after 8pm. We ordered at 8pm, but only received our food at 9.15pm. Even my kids already cried because of hunger. The food was average. Not much of a choice. Even the choices in the menu were not really available. Please bring your own soap, shampoo and tissues since these were not provided."
