Breve Azurine Lagoon Resort

算是島上設施齊全，服務最好的酒店了，連續住了5天，體驗感都超級棒，酒店有免費小船可以劃出去看珊瑚礁，我們是一早的船離島，已經到港口了，酒店追下來給我們送早餐，服務太貼心了

We spent one week on Karimunjawa and the Resort and loved every single minute. It's in a wonderful setting not too far from the village. The beach is small and lovely. We stayed at the Esplanade Suite which is nicely furnished, the huge terrace offers great views. The staff is very friendly and engaged. The food at the restaurant is probably the only negative. The dishes are lacking taste and even the spicy items are rather bland. But maybe this is how the (western) tourists like it? However the village isn't far and offers plenty of options.

The owner managed to create a true paradise on the marvelous island Karimunjava. The staff is warm and friendly, the rooms are very clean, spacious and have all breathtaking views. We extend our stay, and slept in 3 different accommodations in Breve Azurine. But in the superior suite you feel royal. I want to live here 😊.

The most beautiful resort I stayed at in my life. The view of the lagoon from the pergola and the restaurant (and the honeymoon suite) is a vision straight out of fantasies and dreams. It’s incredibly quiet. The only “noises” (I call them jungle-shore melodies) you will hear are those of geicos, crickets, and of course blue Azurine birds. The staff (Wulan and all the other delightful people) is incredibly lovely and helpful, they will help arrange ferry tickets and even organise retour transport to the cities on main land Java. The service provided at the restaurant is outstanding. Jean-Marc will make you feel at home, tell you about the culture of the island and provide really interesting insights on Karimun. He is working at building a library in the hotel based on the generosity of visitors, in a variety of languages - so on top of that you can fill your head with inspiring stories. The tour (I did a full day island hoping) organised by the hotel will help you realise the chance you have being here and bearing witness of the beauty of the island, the sea, and all of the nature around it. This resort was very beautiful and tranquil. But needs some work to make it perfect. Firstly, it sits right on its own perfect little beach with palm trees and sun beds. You can hire kayaks for free. The breakfast is quite basic but tasty. The gardens are beautiful and well kept. It’s a small hotel with maybe 15 rooms. The staff are super friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Downsides are that it’s on a steep hill so lots of walking. Not wheelchair friendly! It said there was world;s available to borrow, but there was just one broken snorkel ( no mask). The restaurant requires you to order 24 hrs in advance so we just ate out each day. Finally, the pool was in a state of disrepair, and no attempt to even make it look acceptable. Broken barrier, green sludge at the bottom, and a sign saying ‘ warning poison’. You have to walk past it every day. Either fix it, or just make it look ok…. After all, this is meant to be one of the best places on the island! Overall, the stunning location and beach. Are up for the pool, you’ll be happy staying here.

One of my travel dreams was to visit Karimunjawa. This year my dream came true. The islands were as gorgeous as I hoped. We stayed four nights on the main island, Pulau Karimunjawa, but also saw some smaller islands. The sea is incredibly clear and blue, the beaches are clean and funky (don’t miss the Sunset Bar on Sunset Beach), the street food is nice (go to the lively night market) and the nature is overwhelmingly lush. In the middle of the green scenery of Karimunjawa we found the ideal location: Breve Azurine Lagoon. This place has a large garden where monkeys iike to play too. I can fully understand them. This is a fun place. When the tide is right you can swim in the lagoon in front of the hotel. Kayaking is also a possibility – free of charge. Did I already mention that we had a bungalow with a bathroom outside, including a bathtub? Great! We also loved having breakfast here. Staring at the sea and savouring Indonesian food or one of the Western options (pancakes, homemade bread). We found it extremely difficult to leave this place. The main reason were the warm and kind employees of this hotel. Not only the personnel in the restaurant, but also the people from housekeeping and the gardeners. I am especially grateful for everything Iga did for us. What a super woman! Sweet, funny, charming and clever. She really did her utmost to make our stay unforgettable and she succeed in just doing that. She arranged some nice trips for us, including the best snorkel trip of my life. I tend to be nervous while snorkelling, but the instructor managed to make me feel safe and confident. I will never forget what I saw under the water. Thank you Iga for arranging that.
