Hospitality was great, served us dinner and breakfast with proper aesthetic Kashmir vibe, the staff was very generous and exactly same as shown in the pictures, must staycation houseboat with all the amenities and cherry on the cake was complimentary hot water bags from host side

Great experience living in the Dal Lake. Special mention to my friend Parvez who went out of his way to ensure that our stay is perfect. Highly recommended and you would end up falling in love with this place . The food was excellent and don't forget the excellent heating system that made our stay comfortable

Very poor and horrible service. We stayed on 1st Nov for 1 day. No proper arrangements were provided in the room. NO heating arrangement in the room was provided. Water consumption was restricted to use. Poor food arrangements at night. We sought for the breakfast on the 1st day and they provided only poha and tea and charged 1000 Rs. Staff behavior was so rude to explain. We do not recommend to visit this houseboat at any cost. If we have to rank from 10, definitely I would rank only 1 or 2.

It was very good experience. And view from boat was awesome. Compared to other boathouse it has very beautiful view and also less crowded. Food was tasty. Owner is very friendly. The house boat was actually built in 70s. One of the authentic houseboat I have ever seen.

Nice ambience in the houseboat & location is very good. All the staff member are so helpful and supportive.The owner Mr.Yaseen is very helpful & cooperative . My suggestion for everyone please stay here for some days and experience Mr.Yaseen hospitality. This is my second experience here in Heevan houseboat.

Front side of the House Boat looks fine. Display of furniture in living room and dining room are good. But, Lot of improvement is required for the cleaning the entire House Boat. The curvings on wooden furniture are not cleaned properly. The worst part is the room allotted - named Chesmasahi. The bed linen was stinking also the Toilet. Wooden furniture in the room are not polished. Maintenance is very poor. Quality, quantity or variety of food are below standard.
