The staff was very good and treated me and my family very well and made sure we was comfortable throughout our whole stay during our time here and always helped us efficiently when needed. I want to give a big thank you to the bar staff, Raan (In reception), sinan and Hadan (chefs) and especially sherif who especially made us feel welcomed.

So we arrived here and it was spotless clean rooms spacious very helpful reception desk, the pools are both amazing and again very clean all staff very very friendly, the food was good, considering we were the only English there besides 1 more family we could always find somthing to eat even my very very fussy son, some of the other nationallys were very very rude but i think that is everywhere you go,, the animation man Hami worked so so hard, he tried all day everyday to get people involved and was such a lovely friendly man us being English took part in everything but again the other nationallys were very hard work for him he is fantastic at his job and really needs a good team behind him,,, we would love to return next year but now cannot find it on love holidays, but i really think this hotel would thrive if more British guests were able to book as we dont mind getting involved and are loved by the Turkish staff

We are still here. We started off on a bad footing as the room we thought we had was not the room we were given hence £400 euros more to get what we wanted. Not really the fault of the hotel. Hardly any staff speak English which makes getting information or even basic service such as an de cafe coffee and other foods diabolical. I ordered an English brew at 8am at 9:30 and was told that I would not be getting it. The foods not to bad but definitely not 5 *. This has been our most expensive holiday but by far the worst. I just want to go home if I’m honest. On a positive note the grounds are beautiful especially the Zen Gardens. Expect orders on room service to come at LEAST an hour later. I would check out but don’t have the energy for it. 5 days left 😩

Rooms are fine, we had few problems but they fix it super fast when we went to tell about it. Cleaner is very friendly. Reception workers and friendly as well as waiters and bar workers :) Pool is 155 and 120 from other side. But they have also 1 more pool with slides. Few things to fix is tables in bar are not enough and also chairs they need to get more :) Also few table for family in pool are would be great that no need to sit next people whose r smoking. Unfortunately all services was not availeble that was promised by hotel selling page, but even that holiday here was nice and kids were loving hotel. Shopping mall is super near as well.

The hotel is budget and is exactly what it says on the tin… The staff make this hotel the wonderful experience that it is… We met some amazing people and had a blast spending time with them… Nothing is too much trouble… I think the only downside we found was that everything is a little tired and needs updating also the food although enjoyable wasn’t always hot… Mertcun (Matt) on reception is one of gods creations that went right, such a nice person who is both honest and genuine and a heart as big as your head… Our transfers came through regal travel… Hammam highly recommended, zoo and seas life centre not so much but Ephesus tour is amazing and I can’t recommend this enough… Bar staff young friendly and a little cheeky exactly what you would expect in turkey… After many outside factors which could have ruined our holiday we’ll be taking good memories home and will absolutely be back to this hotel… As I say the staff make it what it is and the management are very lucky… The only thing I’ve seen that’s upset was the restaurant managers trea**ent of a cat and his ignorant attitude towards everyone… With the experience we had received he definitely did not fit in with the other staff members and actually made them lose their sparkle, which was a shame… Overall a great hotel which we will return too :)

Just come back from a two week stay and I must say I was very pleased with how friendly the staff are nothing was to much trouble. I hurt my foot half way into my stay and so stayed in the hotel mostly ware I was brought drinks and even ice to put on my foot.I found the food to be very nice and a good mix of things chicken beef Turkey lamb fish . On the two days I wasn’t seen by staff because of my foot and stayed in my room they came up knocking to see if I was ok very thought full of them I must say.My room was cleaned every day with bed made in fact I saw the cleaners everyday doing something around the hotel I found it to be very clean.The pools are all so very clean . Yes there was mostly Turkish Bulgarian and German people staying there and I was the only English person until two days before I left when a English couple arrived I didn’t mind being the only one from England as lots of the other guests and staff spoke some English .All in all I had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this hotel. Thanks to all staff for a lovey time

Bonjour cette hôtel est lamentable chambre insalubre je ne parle même pas de la cuisine je vous mes les photos j’avais réservé pour 10 jours je n’est fait que 3 jours puis j’ai changé d’hôtel la cuisine est local avec très peu de chose à proposer

Bu otele ikinci gelişimiz çok memnun olduk. Barmenlerden Furkan ve Harun’a çok teşekkür ederiz çok ilgililer.
