I decided to rate this hotel only 3 stars because of the few minor problems I’ve noticed. 1. The toilet was decent but the toilet smelt badly even if it was cleaned. 2. The toilet trash can didn’t even open when you pressed your foot down, so we had to open it with our hands which is a little unhygienic. 3. My aunt couldn’t find slippers for her foot because in most hotels they’re offered but in this one we didn’t come across it. 4. We came across so much noise by bunch of high schoolers that were also on a trip. Many of my friends complained that the high school children were making loud noises, and being inconsiderate that there are other people also IN the hotel. They were so loud till 2am which is very rude. However, I’ll say that the food was pretty alright, like any hotel.

My whole family stadium will enjoy everybody everybody was so friendly can't wait for the pool to open that wasn't open but the breakfast everything was beautiful to take a walk app the street they got restaurants all around they have a ice skating rink right next door they have Walmart they have all shopping places free parking I know you have a place in revealed that just opened app across some Suffolk towns and they charged us $20 a night pack which was ridiculous and we couldn't afford it so and it had no data eithat's what I'm doing I'm not going to hotel with a bathtub and then this one is very convenient love it

We would rate this hotel Zero if we could. Where to start!! The food was terrible, always cold even the hot dishes were cold, and little choice. nothing was labeled so you didnt know what you were eating, unlucky if you have allergies, all inclusive choices for drinks was poor, only had a selection of three drinks even though they had brand empty named bottles at back of bar, but none was available. The room smelt terrible all the time of drains, bathroom fittings were corroded, hairdryer cable *****ped and bare wires exposed. house keeping was inconsitant, towels were stained and looked dirty, the toilets were disgusting and dirty. Pool area was terrible, most of the sunbeds were damaged, split or had holes in them. cushions were disgusting stained and torn, the drainage grid around pool was broken in many parts, we actually whitnessed a elderly lady falling due to her foot going through the grid,the hotels beach was no better same issues and beach area was dirty and littered. All of this was reflected in the service. STAY HERE AT YOUR PERIL.

When asking about food “ what is it” the look I got, the distain, disgust and definitely were not interested with telling me or anyone else, there were no tabs with food names on. Food was not very good and everyday seemed the same foods reincarnated in different formats. A lot seemed to be put together from leftovers of previous days. Even snacks were disappointing, the same everyday, a choice of the same 3 items , and couldn’t even offer vinegar for the chips when asked. First room had no internet, it smelt, someone next door were flushing the toilet all night and I mean all night and coughing all night. The sheet to cover me really wasn’t big enough, I did manage to get a bed sheet for the next night as I took one from the cleaners trolly as again when asking to get one , no one was interested. They did move me to a better room eventually after much back and forth “the manager isn’t around”, “come back at 2pm”, “I’m only a trainee”- not. Again it took 4 different people to sort a bed sheet to sleep under. The toilet in this room leaked and the shower was an art form to get it to stay in the right position to shower over me, by this time I’d given up bothering to try to complain, so made do, using the towels to dry the leak daily. The noise of everyone’s toilet being flushed was in the middle of four rooms over five floors so could hear every flush like it was in your room, (bad architecture/design) I’m guessing. The all inclusive drinks consisted of beer, local vodka, gin, home made sangria, red and white wine and soft drinks. They did have empty bottles of good spirits and drinks on display at the back of the bars. The evening entertainment wasn’t bad although half hearted. It seemed all staff were very much looking forward to the end of season in a few days and this showed in service, attitude and the entertainment. To top it all, there was loads of glass on the floor next to the pool bar that obviously hadn’t been cleaned up as all the tables around where the glass was had been cleaned. One shard went into the sole of my foot. It was a shame that this made the staff much more attentive and helpful. This was definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like 2 star if that. When having to vacate my room by 12 noon I did go down and asked at the reception to hold onto my room as I was fully inclusive until leaving that evening at 21.00, the answer from “ the trainee” was “NO, Vacate at 12 noon. Then , although the hotel was half empty said 50 euros until 18.00. I declined. Again no help what’s so ever and not even anywhere to freshen up or change / shower before the journey back home. I’ve never been treated or spoken to in any other hotel or holiday. The town, area was a great place to go, the hotel , I would never stay again even if you payed me.

Well where did I start. 4 star no way more like 1 star This hotel is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I'll start with the hotel, Staff can hardly speak English and are very very ignorant Food choices were very poor for English people and always cold and had no labels, We had fresh bread every day but no toaster. Had to ask every breakfast, lunch, and dinner for butter and cutlery, dining area had stray cats roaming around and on one day one of them nearly jumped onto my lap. Bars, beer was flat, coke and sprite were also flat. Vodka tasted of cough medicine, the only spirits available were vodka, gin, tequila. Fresh orange tasted like orange squash. Hotel room, very basic Towels had brown stains on them every day, drains were awful bad eggy smell when turning on the shower, one pillow. Outside my room in the hall way was a power socket hanging off the wall with exposed live cables showing. Entertainment team, couldn't take no as an answer, I was asked 4 times to play bingo which cost 20 euros to enter The day we were leaving and waiting for our transfer one of the entertainment team asked us to play water polo we said no we are going home but he didn't understand and carried on trying to convince us to play. As I said at the start AVOID at all cost.

Everything is awful 😞 The staff are very unfriendly, the manager is rude. The rooms is dirty, there was blood on the covers and the towel. Bathrooms is dirty. They did not comply despite several requests. I gave them less than 1 star. There is a very bad smell in the whole hotel. And the pools is dirty too.

This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in and is definitely not a 4 star hotel! Where to start? Food is cold, not labelled and very little for breakfast for UK visitors. There is no toaster, one choice of white bread, cold fried eggs. The food is not kept heated. The family rooms are small and the bathroom so small with little ventilation that trying to get dry after a shower was virtually impossible. The staff speak very little English and so it's very hard to make your understood. The pool bar food is also cold. One day I asked for chips which were cold, and the 4 people at the pool bar didn't understand. I google translated, and kindly the assistant cooked some hot chips. There is no bar or cocktail menu, for the 3 days we were there they had no 7 Up, or lemonade so trying to get a drink with a mixer was a challenge. This hotel is also not very clean, food was left in the landings in the hallway all day. The pool toilets are disgusting with no toilet paper or hand towels. The pool sun bed pads were also stained, ripped and of very poor repair. Despite advertising aspects such as pool towels I saw no-where to get these. Our one page leaflet only mentioned the food opening times. The hotel does have it's own beach, which we found by accident as it wasn't referenced anywhere. However don't bother, the sunbeds are broken and cracked, they also have no covers and the section of the beach that belonged to the hotel wasn't cleaned either and so was littered with cigarette ends and other debris! We checked out on the Tuesday after arriving on Sunday morning. I don't really care what 'star rating' a hotel has, if it is clean and has adequate food/drinks etc. This hotel fails miserably on all fronts... stay at home and save your money!

I never complain but as a single mother on holidays for 12 days with a 4 year old and 10 year old this hotel was hell. We booked here due to advertising kids club slides and all inclusive. There was no kids club for the first 5 days, when I questioned it they set a small table up gave my daughter a tub of play dough and colouring pencils - she was unattended. The slides are open from 10.30 - 12pm then 3pm until 4.30pm - then they’re just switched off and the kids aren’t allowed on them it is completely pointless. Why have slides and keep them closed? The kids then had to remind staff to turn them on and they were always turned on late. The all inclusive was like nothing I’ve seen before. The food was desperate it was never re filled in restaurant nothing to eat for breakfast no toast bacon pancakes - nothing kids would eat, one morning there was fried eggs. Dinner was always unknown foods nothing is labelled in the restaurant. We ate out every night. The bar had no cocktails some days it had no ice and other days there was no 7up or orange it was unacceptable. During the day from 4pm to 5pm they served ice cream that was it no ice pops no ice cream throughout the day for the kids we spent more time going to the bim (shop) for ice creams to keep the kids cool. Snack bar food was good it was always refilled it had pizza chips wedges chicken burgers and beef burgers. The chef was always so friendly and always made sure it was restocked also. Murat couldn’t do enough for us he was always friendly gave advice to us. The staff were very friendly but bar staff and reception staff had no English at all the language barrier was a big problem. The hotel is situated in long beach it’s a lovely area outside kusadasi town centre, a taxi to centre was 10€ or the local bus (Dolmus) was 1€ or lower. Because of the low standard - no ice creams slides kiddies club etc I wouldn’t recommend this hotel with kids.
