Заезд был около 21.00 . Ресторан был закрыт, покушать было негде , в баре приготовили чизбургер и фри. Атмосфера очень дискомфортная , никакого уюта. Номер ужасный , ни тапочек , ни халатов, вообще отстой . Поломанные дозаторы для шампуней . Геотермальный источник на территории это единственное удовольствие к чему не чего сказать .

A very good hotel with good widely spread buffet lunch and dinner will go there again when we go to Pamukale. thermal pool is really good a swim in this thermal spa is worth and must rooms are very comfortable and clean staffs very good all don't speak English

One of the best hotel stays we had this trip to Turkey. I strongly recommend you stay here. The staff are so friendly and helpful

First off, the room was super tiny. I am 5’3 and the bed barely fit me. The room was also way too hot in November. The food was just okay, not impressed by it. The hot spring not that hot, do also be very careful when renting the bathrobe and doing the foot massage, different people get different prices for the same service.

Incredible experience. The staff is very friendly . The vegetarian spread was good . They even have wheelchair facility for old people . There is a thermal spring tap in every room for people who cannot go to the spa. The belly dancer show isn’t impressive but other than that , I would suggest you to stay here . The rooms are functional and good size

Our tour group stayed at the Pam Thermal Hotel which was centred around a lovely pool and some thermal springs. The bedroom and bathroom were very good. Food was also good. It was only a short walk into town where there are plenty of local restaurants.

We were a group of friends, and we spent a night here. Our flight from Istanbul was delayed and when we reached the hotel staff refused to give us dinner which had been planned for. They ultimately agreed to serve us dinner . The staff was quite rude. the bed linen was also dirty and not fresh and this was not expected of a 5 star hotel. The hotel is very well laid out and the spring pool is fantastic.

Only here for one night and so much to do in that time. After a day touring with last stop being the terraced pools and not walking in them I made up for it in the thermal pool within the hotel grounds. Again as the shower is over the bath which had seen better days the bath leaked definitely a plumber issue in Turkey. These showers over baths can prove bothersome for some people so really should be replaced. Anyway again tea making facilities more coffee than tea and as a plus the refrigerator works. Again no toiletries and the hotel as well as room is dated but comfortable The AC remote is sticky taped to hold in the batteries and the ac I could not control as had a mind of its own so turned off. A point of interest the TV is actually the centre mirror which I located by accident LOL. There us a souvenir shop which I thought was reasonable price and outside behind the thermal pool one will see some deer (not real) .You can actually walk in a circuit behind them and observe the beautiful amazing mountains in the background. Again a short stroll into town. The thermal pool is kept at a constant temperature and is bearable There is a swimming pool as well Dinner and breakfast limited in choice and at dinner be prepared for a photographer to take your photo will be ready next day $US 20.00 but dont worry if you dont want the photo no waste the picture is erased and perspex reused.

All the facilities at the resort and rooms are very dated and old! Our group stayed 1 night and that’s ok! Wouldn’t recommend this as there may be newer/better hotels in the location. The thermal pools are not well maintained. Don’t expect Japanese onsen quality!
