Nice experience during my stay at Kindness Hotel in Kaohsiung. The service is excellent and very responsive. One thing that is also very interesting is the 24-hour snack and coffee bar. Overall, I like this hotel and hope to stay there again when I visit Kaohsiung again.

The facilities are great, just a bit old, and the door design is a bit weird. The outer door will keep banging the door of the other room if I did not hold it, and there is no gauge, so the door would keep opening. But the room is clean and comfortable, the air con is strong. The breakfast is great and with many choices. The staff in reception and restaurant are very nice and professional.

An old hotel. Limited breakfast selection.
Hotel needs upgrading. Location is a distance from the metro. Other than Liuhe night market, there’s nothing nearby.

The stay was exceptional, staff were polite, the lounge providing coffee and ice cream until mid-night, as well as the room cleanness were satisfying. The hotel location is very convenient to travel around Kaohsiung as well, just 5 min walk from Formosa Boulevard Station. Will definitely come back if I am traveling to Taiwan next time!
