The Cloud Hotel

It was a very unpleasant experience for us with the hotel. We booked a double room with window, but we’re given a room with a fake window directly facing another building (just about 30cm away which you can touch with your hand), we requested for a room change or a later check out as a compensation but both were refused by a rude receptionist. Finally we had to reach out to trip.com customer help, and after a long over night negotiation we got partially refunded the next day. But this resulted a very poor rest for us and probably the worst experience in Taiwan with the worst attitude of this welcoming country. Do not take rooms ending with 11 in this hotel, it’s much smaller than the other rooms and a fake window without natural light. Avoid this hotel if you can.

Location 👍👍👍 Formosa Boulevard Station exit 11. Once up is the Liuhe Night. market. Hotel is a few corners away in the middle of a small lane.. (turn in from where the Watsons store is) Staffs are very friendly 👍👍 Room and toilet are spacious.. we booked 2x Quad rooms… 1st pic is a bigger room with a bathtub and shower. 2nd room is a little squeezy and with a smaller toilet without a bathtub (there is a price difference in both room type) Bed is a little bit springy pillow a bit soft / low Breakfast has good choices.. taste wise is a 7.5

Very convenient as just next to liu he night market and mrt train station. Surrounded with 7-11, guardian

Nice hotel near Liuhe night market. Good clean big bed with good shower and toilet. There’s only 1 elevator so you might have to wait in the morning when check-out.

Lack of amenities, but overall was good!

Hotel is conveniently located nearby one of the MRT - Formosa Boulevard, takes us about 5 minutes walk to reach the hotel. The hotel is just right behind Liu He night market so it’s good because we get to grab supper there every night! There’s also two huge 7-11 there. Hotel is clean and TV is in working condition. Would visit again!

The room is excellent and with best cleanliness. The room is new and with modern decorations. The bed is clean. Toilet and shower room very new. 3 minutes to MRT station ( Exit 11). The buffer breakfast with many choice, delicious and healthy. I am satisfied with my stay in this hotel.
