チェックインが正午になっていたので、少し早めに着いたので12時からの手続きを待っていたが、 すぐやらずに待たされた。部屋を案内されて入室したら、備品(バスタオル、洗面具等)が揃っていない。取り敢えず毛布とバスタオルだけでもとお願いしたら、午後4時頃になるとのこと。しかたなく待ったが届いていないので午後6時頃催促して持って来てもらった。しかし毛布用のシーツは汚れていて不潔だったので下替え用として使用した。

The hotel is average. Not too good. The facility is also so so. We booked the room only for few hours so it's ok but if someone want to book for 2_3 days then please go for another options

Location was easy to find. Firstly no parking space, hotel representative told to park anywhere outside. No clean bed sheet, no blanket provided on request given blanket cover only. No water bottle as mentioned in amenities. No provision for contacting reception. During checkout hotel boy forcely asking for money. Booking done for 3 person but no additional mattress provided. Overall experience very bad as property only providing a place to sleep with no service expectation

To be frank, i couldn't enjoy my stay at hotel sunrise. Immediately after checking i sensed that the bedsheets & cover were not washed for min last 1 week. It was smelly & i saw hair fallen from the previous passenger in the bed & on pillow cover. On my request to change, though they initially hesitated, got it changed. The hotel receptionist was a bit friendly & cooperating. The room is very small, not at all like the one shown in photo. The charges are pretty higher than what is available with better standard. Location is ok, near to vivekananda rock & rely stn.

We had booked double bed room for four guests. But they show the single bedroom. Told that you have booked this room. If you want double bed you must pay additional charge.

No parking facility. Rooms are small compared to other hotels with price. No hot water available

We reached hotel sunrise @2pm. We planned to drop luggage and to go some places. But they gave us the room after half an hour. It is okay. But they argued too much even we booked twenty days earlier. The non ac rooms with out open windows we cannot get any air ventilation. But the windows are in the path side. These kind rooms are not suitable for family especially for ladies. After explain these problems they agreed to give ac room with extra rent. But that ac was also not working properly. They gave another room. That was also not working. Finally we escaped from there. They said the reason that too much croud. Is this acceptable.

I booked in this hotel recently throe mm t for 2 roma of 6 pax for a night. While checking in, found hotel doesn’t have a parking. The staff said me to park anywhere on the roads! once inside room, it’s so cramped even 2 people can’t use it. The room had a queen sized bed. There was no additional mattress. The hotel staff said they don’t provide extra mattresses but i insisted that i paid for 3 pax but he rudely said me that if i don’t want i can check out. In the middle of night, with a family predominantly consists of ladies, i had no option but to stay. First thing i did was to checkout at 5. 30 am itself. The hotels were full due to long weekend and hence they were demanding high charges and don’t want people like me who booked through mmt. There was no hot water also available. Not recommending anyone to book this hotel. Pathetic hotel.
