The view of the hotel was very good. At the time of check-in, the front desk did not find our order because of Ctrip's agent. We met the general manager of the hotel and gave us a room and upgraded the suite free of charge. Later, I found the order after many calls through Ctrip.

My room was deluxe double room with mountain view , they gave me a corner room with panoramic view of the mountain 510. The location is abit away from town around 15 minutes drive but if you are looking for quiet & luxury in nature property in SJJ this is a excellent option

Otelin konumu güzeldi, geniş bir park içinde yüksek ağaçlarla çevrilmiş sessiz bir yerdi. Otel binası da dışardan elegant ve tarihi bir yer olarak görünüyordu. Ama bu güzel yerde bize verilen odalar hiç iyi değildi. İlk odamız tesisin arındırma veya motorlu çalışan bir kör noktasına bakıyor, hiç manzara olmadığı gibi bir de gürültü vardı. Ertesi gün odayı değiştirttik bu seferde yine iç avlu kısmına karanlık, güneş almayan bir manzarası olmayan bir oda verildi .Oda temiz ve bakımlıydı ama oda hapishane gibiydi. Üstelik buzdolabı da bozuk çıktı, sonra değiştirdiler. Kısaca otelin manzaralı odalarının nasıl olduğunu göremedik.

Good hotel with lovely bedroom staff,but please be careful when paying at the cafe ,as twice they attempted to charge too much,once with cash,and the other time they were attempting to charge nearly twice the correct amount on card,and could have got away with it if I had not checked properly.No apology and no manners by the cafe waiters,please be careful. I would praise the bedroom cleaners,as they were lovely and helpful.Just a pity the cafe waiters were so bad.

We stayed at this campsite for one night. It's the ideal location for a visit to Sarajevo. The tram is just a short walk away, and it gets you into the old town within 30 minutes. The campsite itself is rather big, has some huge trees to provides shade and also has a modern and very clean toilet block. However, there is only one toilet block for the whole campsite. Wifi is also available for free, but only in the reception and restaurant area. We also had small problems with the electricity. There are only very few power distribution boxes and you need a rather long cable to reach one of them.

It is very pleasant to have breakfast while looking at the historic sites in the old city. There were many Arabs and Turks in the hotel, and almost no Chinese were seen. The Latin Bridge is within three minutes of going out. There are many restaurants in the old town, and there is also a Chinese restaurant, which is convenient for eating. The BBI shopping mall is also a 15-minute walk away. However, a friend put US dollars in a bag while staying here, and left the bag after leaving the hotel room. After returning to China, he found 10 100-dollar bills, which turned into 10 one-dollar bills🙀. It should be the result of the hotel staff stealing their posts and changing posts, because they have already returned to China and cannot call the police. Very nice clean hotel with such very helpful staff. I would like to thank the staff on reception in particular for their help. We had dinner one night in the revolving restaurant which was delicious. Breakfast is also served there which was excellent, lots of choice. The bed room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, big bathroom and dressing area and as it was on a circular it had amazing views. Only issue was the lack of a swimming pool, this was extremely disappointing as I was on a retreat I was really looking forward to swimming and this necessitated taking a taxi to local spa. Also, its a bit of a way to Sarajevo old town which I loved but there are lots of taxis. Overall really good but no pool makes the rating down for me.
