Hotel staffs, food all are good. We came as a family. I can rate this hotel one of the best. And Room service didn't take care of tv recharging and no phone connection even though i informed them in person. Mr. Ramesh was so kind too attending us. Next time I am expecting better experience. We Totally enjoyed our stay. Good luck

rooms are not clean, and the bathroom is awful with a bad smell. There are water leaks in the ceiling and the shower is broken. room walls are covered with fungus. Overall, I had a terrible experience here. And also staff is impolite. Best place to waste your trip.

Truly a great hotel. Affordable, clean, friendly staff… a perfect cure for jet lag. Recommended highly for family and friends. Sandriana Lake View is truly worth a while. The view while dining was breath taking, made the dining experience unforgettable... food was fantastic!

Hotel looks very old Reception staff gave wrong information Dust in the room as well as in side the cupboard Damaged towels ( torn) for use Unpleasant room balcony Patches on curtains Poor breakfast . Pale colour water in washroom Room notready for check in . After we checked in staff came for upload the date package . ONLY SO GAVE A SUPERB SERVICE DATE 23.11.2023

my stay at the Sandriana Lake view Hotel in Kandy was outstanding. Sandriana Lake View exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was impeccable, deserving a solid five-star rating. WOW, my experience at sandriana was wonderful. The Service, ambience and food is superlative. We truly enjoyed ourselves.Big thank for the team. You guys are wonderful hosts. Great hospitality I must say. No words to explain the view of the city from the hotel,lake view and temple of the tooth relic🙏.what a calm and cool place😍 . . We'll be back soon. God bless.
