It was indeed a fun filled family weekend at Avani Kaluthara. A hartwell thank to all staff. Wonderful and memorable hospitality extended to us. Rooms are OK and enjoying stay. Nice location with good people. Appreciate it. I would like to come again

The garden view room we booked was upgraded to pool view. This is very bad and very noisy! Did not sleep well for two days! In the morning, the crows are meeting! Initial experience wasn’t great at check-in, as the staff wasn’t giving accurate information about dinner prices, and wasn’t very friendly. There were also a few issues in the room. But the front desk was able to coordinate with their internal house keeping and engineering team to solve the problems. We were happy with their services in the end.
