Ammades All Suites Beach Hotel - Adults Only

We stayed here for our Honeymoon and absolutely loved everything. The venue is fabulous but the staff are even more amazing. Incredibly attentive and friendly, nothing is a problem. The food was absolutely fantastic too. We had such a fabulous experience. Every morning the staff were so friendly serving us breakfast. Special mention to Maria, Manolis, Zoe and Samantha who were so lovely and remembered our order every morning! The staff at reception couldn’t be more helpful. Julia the manager is just all round incredible as a professional and a lovely person who couldn’t have made our stay more enjoyable. We look forward to returning!

We stayed in room 103 for 14 nights. We had a private heated pool. Julia the Operations Manager was excellent, nothing was any problem. Maria in the restaurant deserves a special mention, all the staff were very good ! Perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. It’s worth renting a car to explore this beautiful island ! This place wowed me with the pictures online but the real thing was truly serene and picturesque. Great location for local amenities and overlooking the beach... what a view from the 7th floor! Spectacular to say the least. The food was amazing... breakfast had a great menu with plenty of choice with both buffet and a la carte options. The pool area was superb, plenty of beds around the beautiful pool and so relaxing with the music playing in the background. The Balinese beds were perfect and always plenty of beds available. With the all the above making a truly remarkable holiday, what topped it off were the staff! They were exceptional! So warm, friendly and welcoming at reception, restaurant, bar, housekeeping and maintenance! I cannot praise them enough for how welcome they made us feel and nothing was too much trouble. The service was fantastic from start to finish

We had an amazing stay at Ammades! The staff were extremely kind and we had the best time enjoying the hotel’s facilities. The breakfast was incredible and I even got a cake on my birthday! Highly recommend booking the hotel for your next stay

This was our second trip to Rhodes and first time to stay in a hotel in a busy tourist resort area between Faliraki and Kallithéa. Our main criteria for choosing this hotel over other places were: -A brand new hotel opened in 2023 -Small hotel - only 45 rooms -Adults-only -Already collected a good number of positive reviews, especially mentioning helpful hotel manager Julia and friendly staff. All our expectations about this hotel matched with what we saw. Breakfast was good. There was a good choice of dishes from the a’la carte menu and also a small selection of some extra items on the buffet. But to be honest, everything we needed we always ordered from the waiters, including items we were missing from the menu and buffet table, like mortadella, fresh avocado, soft anthotiro cheese, pie with cheese (tyropita), fullfat Greek yogurt and something else. Coffees, juices, waters were available in a full assortment. The whole restaurant team was exceptionally nice and friendly. Starting from Isabella, the restaurant manager, who was very welcoming and smiling all the time, Maria who was very nice, kind and helpful with our orders, Michalis, “what’s your room number gentleman”, who nicely helped me to coordinate the birthday cake surprise to our breakfast table, and all the other persons were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Next the beach area and beach bar. We booked a front row cabana (or gazebo) for the first 2 days (@60 eur per day) and were really happy about it. The following days we spent time at the sun lounges that were free for the hotel guests. Quality of the sun beds was good, and service was always amazingly friendly thanks to Christos “the master of sunbeds at the beach”. The beach bar is made in the same style: all new and well functioning. Spiros, “the beach bar master and foody” always made us feel very welcome. Thanks to him I learned some new of a meat grilling techniques, typical to this part of Greece and Crete. Beers, drinks and food was amazing, especially Greek village salad and tzatziki with toasted pita bread! The room cleaning was great and the cleaning lady (didn’t get her name unfortunately) was always very friendly and polite. And last but not least: I cannot praise enough the professionalism of the hotel manager Julia. With her great help we tailored my wife’s birthday arrangements at the hotel. She seems to be the highly efficient and respected leader of the whole hotel team and gives a personal example of how a true Greek hospitality should be. Together with my wife we want to thank all the team for making our holiday totally relaxing and comfortable. I’m sure from what I saw around us the other guests felt the same way. The hotel is absolutely not worth the money. It is new and the rooms are spacious. But from the reception to the breakfast - nothing reminds of being in a 5 star hotel (high season around EUR 500,- per night!!!). The room was not cleaned well - dust, hair etc everywhere on the floor. The bathroom does not have a door (neither does the shower itself). When you take a shower, the entire room is filled with steam. The hotel is surrounded by other hotels that have animation and loud music all day long until late at night. We have booked and pre-paid 10 nights...actually, we were done after the first night.

It was amazing... love the location, quiet place, clean and new all over the place, very intimacy and unique.

So very close to a 5 star rating, but despite being a wonderful hotel, there’s a few opportunities to improve. 1. I come to relax but there’s music on the beach and by the pool from 8am everyday - it’s not necessary (never had it anywhere before and never missed it). At least turn it down to a subtle background level, so folks can snooze if they want. 2. I want to take a drink in the evening, but the pool bar shuts at 6pm and the hotel bar isn’t manned - ever! Please open the bar on Friday & Saturday nights. I appreciate that there’s a free shuttle to your other hotel, but they’re understaffed and you can easily wait 20 minutes for a drink. 3. Gym on the 3rd floor - this needs to be relocated outside in my opinion. Woken up at 7am by a woman on the treadmill - thud thud thud thud thud - not nice. 4. I might break a leg or seriously injure myself in the shower, the floor is like glass covered in butter! Why not use the same tiles used on the pool, with some rough (grippy) areas to prevent accidents? Some small adjustments and this would easily be a perfect holiday hotel. Lots of positives, such as the beach sun beds, breakfast choices, pool area, great staff, well tended gardens etc. So close, and yet so far away!

Beautiful hotel that oozes luxury! Absolute attention to every detail, nothing to fault! Staff are brilliant, and my observation is that everything is possible here. The service whether it be reception, poolside, beachside, or restaurant is exceptional. Rooms are beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The pool area is exceptional, as is the beach area. My only gripe is that we were only here one night but wished we were here for many more!
