Beds were comfortable. Not a very good part of town. Had trouble understanding the clerk. No batteries in the smoke detector. No hair dryer in room. Halls smelled funny. Hallways dark.

So far so good …
Not sure how breakfast is going to go.
The gentleman at the front desk was not there to great me and when he did I received a what’s up… little unprofessional. He gave me no direction or instructions on where my room was or what time breakfast is.

The room was clean, bathroom however was dangerous! Cracked, uneven loose tiles on the floor, tub didn’t drain while in it, making for a slippery shower. The light fixture in bathroom was dripping water from it and the floor had a big puddle on it! When I reported it I was blown off, the employee telling me, ok I will report it.

It was a bit loud, pretty late into the night, but it was also WMU homecoming. Overall, it was a good location to campus and downtown for dinner while visiting my son at college.

I didn't even stay overnight. It smelled stale and funky, made me nauseous. Nobody spoke English at check in. Very hard to understand what she was saying. There was a man on the phone behind the counter talking aggressively in a different language.

The desk attendant gave out room away on our first morning after we left for the day. They allowed someone to enter our room while our stuff was in the room. Stuff was stolen from our bag. Desk attendant lied and made up excuses and said he would refund my money. Still haven't seen it. While sleeping the same person thought they could come into our room after 2 in the morning thankfully we had the door blocked

it was a good location and close to the Waldo Stadium for football, They are doing construction at the hotel which is no big deal, The rooms are ok for a nights stay, On the backside of the property a car kept revving its motor up early morning. Will stay there again if avalible.

Looks like they were doing some renovations to the building. Looks like it's moving a little too slow though.
Room was pretty clean but needed new carpet.
Smelled a little stale.
Staff was very nice. No issues.
Breakfast was great.
Neighborhood a little sketchy
