Muito bom hotel! Estadia ótima, aconchegante ótimo lugar para passar as férias com a família e jogar tênis. Quadras de tênis ótimas, piscinas aquecidas e muita diversão! Comida ótima servida sempre quente.

Pessoal do hotel , muito simpaticos e simpaticas, comida de elevadissima qualidade, hotel super limpo bom atendimento boa animacao , incluindo jogos de piscina etc.etc tudo super orgarnizado!! Recomendo este hotel a todos e ninguem se arrependera !

Just got back last week from Megasaray Club Belek. Absolutely the best all inclusive I’ve ever been to! The service from the 1-1 hotel assistant Zhuldyz was the best and something I’ve never experienced before! She was on Whatsap contact throughout replying and servicing any needs I had. I didn’t have a single no throughout the stay they bent over backwards to ensure me and my family were comfortable. I had my 4 year old and so had would message Zhuldyz daily for one thing or another and always prompt reply and assistance. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, the food absolutely delicious and all day long lots to eat. Free ice creams of the best brands and branded drinks all day none of the cheap watered down stuff. The kids facilities are absolutely amazing and my son was kept entertained all day! My room was beautiful with a garden view and my own very little garden area. You will not be disappointed in the slightest! Thank you Megasaray for a wonderful and memorable stay!

We stayed in the swim up pool rooms which was fantastic. The rooms are always cleaned on a daily basis. Our assistant Zülfikar was excellent always checking we was ok and if we needed anything. All the staff are really friendly. Abdullah was top bar man for me always entertaining us when we ordered a drink.

We came to Megasaray for a family holiday. We enjoyed every minute, the staff were so attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much. The room was cleaned everyday and the mini restocked. The waterslides were great for the kids, along with the kid’s club which hosted lots of different activities. Themed nights made the entertainment fun and different. A great deal of choice for each meal. Would highly recommend.

Very lovely and attentive staff, very clean hotel and good variety of food with plenty to go around. Very diverse with lots of ramps and elevators for everyone, very good with kids they enjoyed. will be coming back and recommending to others

Beautiful hotel, great facilities, brilliant customer service! I never write reviews but we just got back from staying here for 10 days and it was amazing, we were so impressed. Customer service is a huge thing for us and every member of staff was helpful, kind and all seemed really happy which was lovely. The hotel room was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. The facilities were brilliant for all ages, the kids club was brilliant, staff were warm and friendly to the kids and it had great activities and different rooms for the kids to play. Also had a great kids pool. Food was amazing and loads of variety! They even had gluten and dairy free options for breakfast. E.g. bagels, yoghurt, bread.. They have an adults only pool/area and an outdoor bar with live music plus the pier is all lit up at night which has such a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

We came here 26 times. Everything is perfect. Animation is good and people are friendly, recommend to everyone. We are from Germany. Service on top everyone is trying their best. Thank you so much. We would like to visit this place next time too!!
