Regnum Carya

This hotel is amazing! We loved everything about it. The staff are so friendly, attentive and helpful.. to name just a few .. Ali, Muhamed Ali, Semih and Berk. Although every single member of staff we met were all brilliant including all the bar staff on roller skates! The best all inclusive we have ever experienced! Anything you could think of, they have it! The restaurant choices were great and the quality of food was fantastic and we love good high end food and were very impressed. We loved the Turkish, Japanese, Thai and Brazilian the best. We went as a couple so the adult pool was such a lovely addition and one of the reasons we booked this hotel. There were always sun beds available any time of the day which was great, the beach was also brilliant and we did have a go on the water slide and rapids too which were good fun with no ques. The hotel was pretty full but it didn’t feel busy at all which was really nice. The entertainment was the best I have seen at a hotel, so much effort was put in to all of the shows and events! The golf course was also the best we have ever played and it was lovely to be able to see the golf course from the walking path. The rooms were perfect! There was a really good vibe at this hotel, the staff seemed happy and relaxed. It was a great atmosphere. The hotel itself is beautiful as are the grounds which are immaculate thanks to the gardening / maintenance team! The rooms were perfect, housekeeping did a great job and turned our beds down for us every night which is a lovely touch. As animal lovers it was lovely to see that the local cats and animals seemed to be loved and well looked after by the staff. There is also complimentary access to the airport lounge and private check in at the airport which was so good! We really can’t say anything negative about this hotel and we cant wait to go back! We have never gone back to the same place twice but I think the Regnum Carya will be our exception. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

Best holiday we have ever had! I could go on and on about how amazing this place was. From pick up from the airport to be escorted to the airport lounge you are treated soo special. There was nothing at all to complain about we will 100% be going back!!

Just returned from second visit to Regnum. Excellent hotel with extensive facilities - something for everyone. We will definitely go back. Great golf course. Great gym and extensive range of classes of high standard. Specific call out to Nilguin who took classes and gave advice in the gym - very professional and helpful. Some enjoyable evening entertainment if you want it. Many pools including a Childs pool and Adults pool, lovely pier for drinks and sunbathing. Helpful concierge and guest relations. Lovely shopping mall - The Legends within walking distance or hop in a taxi for 5 mins. Amazing buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our only issue and it is a very important one was the ability to access bookings in the restaurants. As mentioned by others there is a system of booking at 8 am 3 days in advance, there is a scramble to get in first as they only seem to open open around two restaurants per evening and this simply wasn't enough to accommodate the demand. It felt like they were pushing you to use the buffet or pay for the A la Carte. It is advertised as all inclusive with the speciality restaurants so they should be resourced such that they can meet demand. Many were regularly closed. This was an issue with many fellow guest we spoke to. All that said, I should be clear the standard of food in the buffet is excellent but it wasn't an experience we wanted for our evenings. Also to note, if you are lucky enough to get a speciality restaurant booking, they are very good. We hope to return next year and availability and access is something I am definitely expecting to have improved.

My wife and I just came back from another wonderful 7 days at the Regnum Carya in Belek, this was our 3rd visit and we have already booked to go back in late September. Whilst the hotel building looks very different to many holiday resorts, more like a big office building, the experience and layout is just brilliant. We stay in a Pearl Pool Suite , the room is very spacious, modern and has everything you need to feel at home but with luxury, including a very large pool and in room refreshments and treats always well stocked. It also comes with an amazing Concierge experience and free access to all the premium restaurants. We have tried the Italian, Japanese and steak house, the food quality was very impressive , as was the service in each. Our particular favourite is the Alia restaurant on the beach, mainly for breakfast and lunch , as the quality of food is amazing and the level of service second to none, all with an amazing location with a white beach looking out to the sea. This visit , the hotel was at 90% capacity but it did not feel busy, the vast grounds and the wide selection of pools, piers, restaurants etc make it feel less crowded than it should.

Here now, adult pool very good, hotel big, entertainment average, annoying very loud sound checks at main theatre everyday destroying the tranquility and ambience! Food good but have had better, restaurant booking system annoying gives impression fully booked but whenever we walk past restaurants they are half full Been to Gloria serenity twice before and at moment would say that is better

The stay was wonderful! Lots of great concerts and sports activities. In the hotel you could meet happy goats and peacocks. I felt like I was in a fairy tale at this hotel. The food was delicious. I recommend taking golf lessons, going to sound healing and go to fly yoga.

Every time I am at Regnum, I travel with my family and I go straight to the tennis courts. I choose this place because Orhan is my best tennis coach there :) Everyone from tennis team is smiling, with a sense of humor and will take care of everything. I do not know any other hotel where tennis coach would show such a commitment! I am looking forward for next training soon in September 😇

We have been regularly visiting the Maxx Royal and occasionally the Voyage resorts but thought we try Regnum Carya. Firstly the positives great resort with amazing facilities which is why it got a 4 star. The negatives which for a hotel of this level has failed big time. The service is the number 1 priority which the hierarchy need to appoint someone who can address this. What we experienced around the pool & beech areas is atrocious. A waiter would hardly be about to take an order. We spoke to so many guests who felt the same. The a la carte restaurant bookings is unbelievable. Many guests had to visit reception at 8am 2 days prior to book a reservation. A queueing system and after about 30/40 minutes only to be told it’s fully booked. Happened to everyone we spoke to. Luckily for us i reached out to the hotel prior to visiting regarding this matter after reading reviews. Alireza Rohani who works for guest relations was a revelation as he personally handled our restaurant reservations. He along with a very few waiters made our stay good enough. We did complain but was told they short staffed but not good enough. We will return to Maxx Royal where we so happy

It was a great stay! First class hotel, service, food, entertainment! Recommended to couples and family holidays! Pools, kids attractions and kids club were great! We are traveling a lot to many places but this is a place where we certainly will come back!
