클래식한 느낌의 넓직한 객실 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 그런데, 바닥 청소가 하나도 안되어 있어서 신발을 반드시 신고 있어야 했어요.. 청소부분은 너무 아쉬웠습니다.
그래도 부대시설 수영장과 모닝커피바는 너무너무 감동이었습니다.
근처 너무 아름다운 해변이 있는것도 이 호텔의 장점입니다.
또 가진 않겠지만.. 다음엔 진짜 해변 바로 앞에 붙어있는곳 가고싶어서요!ㅎㅎ
그래도 객실에서 바라보는 전경도 멋지고 좋았습니다.

Quero agradecer e elogiar o front desck a Sra. LEANN e sua supervisora que gentilmente atenderam a minha necessidade por viajar em família e com minha mãe bem idosa e conseguiram um quarto próximo com linda vista para nós. O Hotel é especial na localização, conforto, cadeiras espreguiçadeira enfrente a praia dando um conforto e sendo um ponto alto do hotel, na praia, durante o dia e ao por do sol.
Tem pista para caminhada, estacionamento gratuito, troller para levar ao shopping próximo a cada meia hora.. tudo perfeito para uma estadia maravilhosa. Vamos todos os anos.
Porém neste ano adotaram um sistema de limpeza nos quartos a cada 4 dias,
achei muito distante a limpeza, poderiam mudar para cada 2 dias, já atenderia melhor ao conceito de resort e serviços pelo custo alto do hotel.
No mais voltaremos no próximo ano.

When booking I was not told the a/c wasn’t working. I also was not told the laundry room was out of order. Parking was also not the best

A very underwhelming experience. A property whose glory days are behind it. We got a message a few days in advance that the air conditioning will be out of order until June. Not a big deal, but it left a sour taste that the attendant in check-in told us "I just heard that the air conditioniong in your room is out of order". Later we found out that also the laundry room and the gym were out of order as they had experienced a fire of the electricity system. Lack of transperency is disappointing.
We stayed 4 nights, and were told there would be cleaning service only every 3 days. After 3 nights the room was not done. I asked about it and the attendant promised to have it done. No-one ever came and no-one ever said anything about it. When I checked out I mentioned it and the answer was literally a shrug. No-one seems to care about anything.
I´ve been trying to think of something positive to say. Let´s go with that the butterfish in the restaurant was tasty.

Upon arriving at the hotel that we had selected based on it having air conditioning, we were told that they recently had a fire in their utility room rendering the building AC inoperative, in addition to needing to close their fitness and laundry facilities, and it would remain so for the duration of our stay and likely for many more months after. Although we were given a fan to try and help, most of our nights were sleepless in addition to experiencing discomfort during the day as we were not able to cool the room sufficiently with the fan. We had requested some compensation or additional action, but all we received was a token discount of $11on the daily resort fee versus a room fee many times that. We expressed our displeasure and were told that it would be taken up with hotel management and heard nothing further, even after subsequent requests. Resort support staff were friendly and helpful, but it quickly became apparent that management was more focused on their ownership than the satisfaction of their guests. We will not be back.

Parking was always tough when we returned in the evening from some outing.
Worse thing is that the front desk was told by the "trolley" company that this hotel was not included in the route for two days due to the painting of a gate. Why didn't they come out and tell us this truth while we sat and waited for the trolley. Sad...
