Location is peaceful and lovely. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast serves few varieties. Service good. Staff is good. Ample parking place. Main attractions sre not far away. Cine theatre is in mall. Good ambiencr. Reasonable rates. ***y utilities are in room

Byke Suraj Junagadh is a Ted far from Girnar Ropeway but distance is acceptable. Staff although helpful feel untrained and miss that professional touch. Rooms are functional for a nights stay. Restaurant food was tasty for lunch, dinner and breakfast too. Spread was small bt everything was tasty. Housekeeping staff was courteous, efficient and never said no to any of our requests. Finally if one has kids then this hotel makes a good fit as this hotel is connected to a mall with theater and play area and is also besides a small theme park which kept our kids engaged for a few hours. If I am visiting Junagadh with kids then I will stay here again, if am travelling without kids then I may look for other options.

Lovely Hotel with superb Service. Hotel has nice location and lots of activities nearby. Well maintained by ***agement and staff are very polite and helpful. Rooms are big size and comfortable bed we stay 7 night and enjoyed our stay every single day , superb views from executive and quite place not only for family but also for senior citizen & kis friendly. Here you will find lot of to do like funwold is super place for kids and even you can enjoy movie at Suraj maltiplax Only one ward superb fantastic and fabulous happening place . Well organised rooms and very good maintenance. Restaurant serves Panjabi, Chinese and lots of offer really worth for money. Must test buy one get one pizza and Gujarat Thalli yammy food . All staff is very good at there work and specially ***age is so helpful. We will definitely suggest to our friends and family to visit The Byke Suraj club 👍🙂🥰

Stayed at this place between 6th December and 8th December and here is what i feel about various aspects of this place- 1. Main Entrance and Reception and Security - I arrived at 6 am in the morning there was absolutely NO ONE either in reception or at the security gate. Had to wait for over 15-20 minutes before anyone appeared in reception. The person who came into reception was really not a front desk staff but just a cleaning staff who was kind enough to help us keep our luggage so that we could go and find some tea / coffee. During the day time the reception is ***ned well and one would not guess what happens at odd hours. 2. Booking rules : Like most hotels our booking time was stated as 12 noon check in. We had asked over a telephone if we could get early checkin since our train arrives at 5.30 am. We were told that we would perhaps get one room out of two we had booked. Understand and appreciate that there are no guarantees. When we enquired after someone arrived in reception on our arrival we were told that there was no way to get a room early - not even one room!!. After some discussion we finally got one room against an additional payment of Rs.2000/-. While we understand that early check in is not guaranteed - perhaps it would have been easier if we had been told that we could secure a early check in by paying extra. We could have avoided a long discussion and a wait after a long train journey. Suggest that this be considered as well provision of some tea / coffee specifically for guests coming by early morning trains. 3. Restaurant : The restaurant in this hotel serves what i would call "punjabi" food. Not a single local Gujarati delicacy on the menu. On query we were told that they do not serve "Gujarati" food!! Imagine going to Junagadh and not being able to eat anything like "fafda or jalebi or even Undhiyu". Not sure what is the logic of not providing local food!!! Suggest reconsider your menu or replace your chef !!! 4. Equipment and other facilities : TV, AC need to be serviced and maintained properly. There is a carrom board with no powder!!! Simple and small things if ***aged well will enhance the customer experience!!

Finally at Girnar hill junagadh We booked executive rooms for our family tour to Girnar trip. pretty spacious with modern interiors rooms. nice location specially for family wt children bez fun world & cinema is next door only. Rooms are equipped with Split AC, LED TV, study table, chairs, storage wardrobe and a king n twin both size bed with comfortable mattress & clean bedsheets. toilets were neat and clean. geyser is provided for hot water. room amenities and hotel location with nice services i would say well done food and services of farm fresh restaurant leveled Mr Mishra so quick in service . We had lunch and dinner in their dining room. south Indian food was delicious, rightly priced and the service was fast. entire location is happening place 1. cineplex 2. Gym 3.gamming zone , fun world 4. lounge superb & 1 stop destination to stay and fun with byke hospitality courteous and professional staff. cleanliness of entire hotel is highly commendable. hug car parking is available at back side of hotel building. overall highly recommended and excellent hotel to stay in Junagadh, cost is also ***ageable & safe place to stay in & best for family . just chill & don't forget to climb up girnar hill !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had stayed at the hotel for 5 nights ..thr location is slightly far away from bhavnath taleti i.e girnar but you can get auto easily for travel .. The rooms are very nice and the ***ager Mr Yogesh is very polite and friendly. He made sure we faced no issues during our stay . His service was very quick and he handled some requests personally when the hotel staff was taking time . The slight downside which i feel is their restaurant closes by 10 pm but you get in room service till 10.30 pm . The location is next to cineplex and a fun world for kids ..although i didnt visit either of them . The hotel is part of the mall

I stayed here for 4 nights whilst on my travels. Glad I picked this hotel for the ***y reasons. The hotel itself is situated off the main road, so nice and quite. It is ***aged exceptionally well by the hotel ***ger Yogesh, who has gone the extra mile to make sure guests feel at home and comfortable. The room itself was very clean and large (Suite Room) with a king size bed and I slept well. The shower was powerful enough to feel revitalised and ready for the day. I did eat at the restaurant, as there were not ***y guests present I didn’t know what to expect. The menu was extensive with most tastes catered for and I ordered Bhindi Masala, Pizza, Paneer dish. I was blown away with the quality of food here and ate here for the duration instead of outside. The staff have all been welcoming and respectful. Overall for me this was a satisfactory stay and ticked all the boxes. Great example of first class hospitality. Highly recommended hotel if you want some tranquillity and a high standard of service and cleanliness.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
