Room Breakdown: Primary Bedroom - King Bed w/ Ensuite Bathroom Bedroom 2 - 2 Full Size Beds w/ Ensuite Bathroom Ideally located next to Joshua Tree National Park, spend the day hiking the trails, exploring the desert, admiring the rugged rock formations, or just relaxing away from it all! The home is also conveniently located near to grocery stores, shopping, souvenir shops, restaurants, and nightlife venues. Guest access The guest has full access to the entire property and all of its amenities. We will send a code the day of check in for you to access the property for the duration of your stay. We also have a local manager who will be available should you need any assistance during your visit. Other things to note Pool heat (We require at least 24 hours notice before arrival): · May- September $150/night (all nights required) · October-April $200/night (all nights required, two night minimum) · Spa is heated at no charge EV Charger is a 240v outlet, please make sure to bring your charging cable if wanting to use this amenity. You are staying in a friendly and peaceful area and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbors. Please monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet Hours are in place from 10:00pm - 8:00am No parties and no unauthorized guests allowed. No smoking on property. Please keep food and drink in the kitchen and dining area. Do not bring it into the bedrooms. Pets are allowed with prior approval and pet fee is required. Guests are responsible for keeping their pets on a leash around the property and picking up after their pets. Any damages caused by the pets will be the responsibility of the guest. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB. We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were cozy, and we all slept so well. We loved relaxing in the beautiful pool and had so much fun in the game rooms there were plenty of options to keep everyone entertained. Lying in the hammock under the star filled sky was such a magical experience!! There are some great hiking trails and stargazing spots within a 30 minute drive, which made the location even more perfect. Waking up to the sunrise was the perfect way to start the day! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature.

Definite 10/10 This is a beautiful home for a nice peaceful getaway. Host is very communicative and provided wonderful experience! Several amenities and a kitchen ready to cook in, which was great! Already planning a trip to stay again in the near future. Definitely recommend for a nice getaway with your partner!
