Really awful woman on the front desk tonight. Was very rude to me when I brought in my dog by mistake. (I thought they were allowed) I really liked this place the first time I stayed here. The manager is nice enough and I liked that the room had a kitchen. But more and more they are taking away the kitchens then you have to get food in the restaurant. Which isn't that great.

We booked a cottage ＞3 weeks in advance and sent a friendly message that we would be taking our dog with us. The only answer we got was '100 sek' (in Swedish, although our mail was in English) which we assumed was an extra fee for the dog. This would not have been a problem at all except that the answer was so incredibly impolite. (We are aware that basic price means basic standards, which we don't mind at all so this not about the price of the accomodation.) We did not feel well about this and decided to cancel within an hour of booking but the property refused a refund. *********** contacted them and promised us full restitution, but the next day we got an email from the owners they refused to pay because apparently we 'had booked a non-refund cottage'. We canceled anyway because we like to be treated the same we we treat others, i.e. polite, friendly and understanding. I mean, it's our holiday, we were not sentenced to a stint in prison. No doubt they will easily get other guests and this way get paid twice for the same cottage. Very unpleasant, impolite, disrespectful, not worth being in the 'hospitality' sector. Recommend staff go work in a maximum security prison instead.

Booked a bungalow. Room was clean overall but the pillows, blanket and towels were all the cheapest IKEA quality. I would expect a little higher quality than a city hostel. Breakfast was simple but decent enough. In the end you get what you pay for - we just wanted a place to stay for the night until heading off early in the morning. For that it sure does make it but you don't want to live here longer. Don't forget to bring your own pillow because the one you get are awful

Was very easy to find off the main road, yet was out of the way so was nice and quiet.
Room was compact but had everything I need. Would be nice to go back in the summer, this was just a business overnight stop.
Tv only had one channel which was a bit disappointing especially as the listing showed lots, but didn't matter too much
Parking for a large van was easy

great little cabin close to the lake; large enough for 2 people with a bedroom, shower and toilet, and a small kitchen; very cozy and clean; I enjoyed my brief stay very much.

Eerder dan gepland gearriveerd. Hadden een ‘villa’ gehuurd aan het water. Dat de villa een blokhutje was, was bij boeking wel al duidelijk, maar dat dit hoog op een berg staat, waarbij het water niet bereikbaar is absoluut niet. Blokhutjes ook erg klein en oud. Zeer onvriendelijk receptie dame, die meer interesse in haar broodje had dan in gasten. Wuifde ons weg en stuurde ons naar het strand wat verderop zou moeten liggen. Na 30 minuten lopen nog steeds niks gevonden en mensen op de camping wisten het ook niet. Bleek verder dat de huisjes naast nogal een pad met luidruchtige kampeerders met campers stonden. We zijn in de auto gestapt en zijn doorgereden naar Stockholm.
