Bad experience for 1st time user like me to book hotel using trip.com app I made my booking on 5 April but there is no booking record from hotel side and both claim not their fault. For staying experience beside everything look quite old and the carpet smell... The night club noise at during midnight affect our sleeping Overall experience so so only

very friendly and approachable staff! the hotel and its rooms were visibly quite old but that was understandable!

Not recommend , The towel is lack of cleanliness, the room appears outdated, check-in process is slow taking around 10 minutes, service is sluggish, breakfast is unsatisfactory, and there's an unidentified object in the orange juice along with hair found in the food.

Hotel is super super super super old, but inside is ok, near cruise custom and need to check our bag be4 our grab car can drive off, room is ok, repainted. Called counter but no one pick up, toilet floor is dirty with stain... 1 time stay is enough. Breakfast is decent....

The Staff were so accommodating about our concern and noticed they're respectful. We asked for room maintenance and was surprised to see the staff removed their shoes before going in. The staff greet us politely upon entering and even on the Breakfast area. The place is great for those planning to have a trip to Batam cos it's just a walk away from the Ferry. So can have a tour around JB first then go to Batam. Got a mall also inside which helps if you lack something when you pack your things. The place is a bit old compared to other hotels but it was very well maintained. I love the morning view cos we got the Sea View, it was very relaxing. The breakfast is just enough to fill the stomach. It exceeded my expectations for the price paid.

Facilities are old, room is fairly clean but smells moldy. Bathtub also got stains which we never used. Amenities ok but the fridge is not cold. Overall is okay for an average traveller but can consider somewhere else if your looking for high end facilities. Buffet breakfast is also okay but can improve on options. View from our room is great though.

Great value for money when booking online.Hotel are huge and rooms are spacious.Cleanliness and housekeeping are tip top the best hotel I ever stayed.Staff are so friendly,helpful and always gave a fast respond.My upmost gratitudes to the receptionist counter.... Duty Manager Ms Nur Mashytah,Ms Sandra, Ms Sesla and the rest of the staff for their greatest service,helpfull and most importantly the hospitality.My stayed there feel too short and feel like going back there again now but too bad due to work but will definitely come back this time with my family.Really happy and joyed being there.Thank you once again to the hotel management and all the staffs for the best service provided.My stayed over there has been really the sweetest moment I've ever had!!!Salute to all.....Those who read this review I highly recommend to stayed at this hotel...Yes by online it's for sure value for money instead of walk in.Money isn't the matter of facts but what is the most precious thing that we had or bringing back home is nothing else compared except satisfaction, happiness and of cos the least "the sweetest memories" and the precious time while spending our holiday.The location, amenities and also tne surrounded environment is really at the BEST spot yet it is a duty free area best for shopping which located right in the hotel mall.Plan to go back there maybe after April this time with my parents....Last but not least thank you so much to all staff for making my stay the most greatest memorable.Jutaan Terimakasih semua!!!! Staffs are very friendly. In room look good enough and cleanliness. For bathtub can't work to fill the water. Never mind. View sea nice. For breakfast still OK. Outside rooms corridor on the floor, smelly not nice, it need renovation and better improvement For safety box outdated, need change better.
