Pinnacle Tower

Host is by the name Jerry. The good thing is the location, near KSL, thus you can expect many food, car wash, shopping nearby. You will have a designated parking lot. It is basically like a condominium rented out to tourist for stay. Checked-In was detailed with the host providing instructions on how to check-in. They only give you 1 assess card to assess facilities in the apar**ent and 1 hard key to lock the metal gate. The cleaners don’t not bother to do a good job cleaning the unit, maggie mee was left behind by previous guests in a pot. There were ants on the floor. The whole unit is very bare basic with no decoration or any effort to make it look better. The shower curtains were so dirty it almost looked like it came off a dirty drain. The shower heads were plastic type with no option to adjust the water pressure and by default it shoots painfully onto your body. Shower Gel was only filled half in 1 bottle, another bottle is empty and host did not top up; when prompted, he can asked me if half is not enough ? However, the next day, he re-placed new shower gel and shampoo bottles for us. Toilet paper only gave 1 roll with no hand soap in the toilets. In the master room, power points/sockets on the wall are mostly not working. TV remote control no batteries at all, so TV cannot ON. To make matters worst, the promised WIFI was not available. Before booking this homestay, I searched the platform for many other homestay and those without WIFI is straight OFF my list. We chose this Pinnacle Tower homestay and ended up with NO WIFI. The host said they just changed or subscribed to new services and it should be available but throughout the whole 3 days stay, totally No Wifi, I had to waste my own money and use my phone data for whole family. The gym facility is good passable and probably because almost nobody use it. There is a playground and it is good for children to play. The swimming pool is good. Conclusion, well these hosts are only keen to make money from these homestay homes that they purchased without any thoughts for the guests’ comfortability. Book only if you can do with the bare minimum.

The Host was good in communication and the room was Clean with a Nice View. The Water is Master Bedroom Toilet wasn't that hot..
