Room was clean and comfortable. Only downfall was no Kleenex and no conditioner in the shower

Stay wasn’t bad at all my only issue was that the shower had absolutely no water pressure

The breakfast was horrible, and messy. No one kept the food together, bags of bread were tossed and no way to get the bread other than your hands out of the bags. The fridge was empty. It was a mess. I will never stay here again. I'd rather travel further and pay more per night.

Fair hotel for the price! Great staff and very clean rooms. What I didn't like was the beds were super stiff and very uncomfortable and should have an update on the pool and hotub situation if they can write on there on the website that pool and hottub is down for renovation so people could know would be great! Breakfast was okay

Easy in/out for person's hauling a trailer. Good value for the price. While you maybe tempted to chòose a room with mountain view, be aware the room also faces the interstate and is relatively noisy.

Pool was not available and should be noted on the site. Desk chair hydraulic post was broken which made using the desk uncomfortable. Blanket on bed was worn with holes. Pillows were worn out and just uncomfortable lumps. Toilet seat was very loose. Room safe was broken.

We enjoyed our stay with our pet. Very friendly staff and very clean and comfortable.

First tried to cancel the reservation, and they wouldn't refund the money. Then decided to go ahead and go since could not get the money back. The bed spread was stained. The towels were stained with reddish brown stains. The thermostat in the room.did not control the temperature, it was either really hot or freezing cold in the room. The bed was dented and made a popping sound everytime you moved on it. There was something wiped on the ceiling thya had not been cleaned off. The bedside lamp woudp turn on and off by itself. There was hair on the shower walls. Definitely will not be staying at a Wingate hotel again.
