It's been my Number One Choice to stay at Jodhpur now. Rooms are good with comfortable bed and served with all possible amenities in the room *****with the best of cleaning. Food served that your eyes love, your tongue have the best taste and your stomach has the utmost satisfaction. The staff been very friendly and cooperative, let's cross fingers that they keep on serving they way they are serving.

The overall stay fine. However a point which I noticed during my two days stay was that most staffs, specially the front office staff lack a warm smile. Being in Hospitality industry a warm welcoming smile is the first thing one expects. So that was missing except for few notable names like, Dhiraj in front-office and H***n in Housekeeping and also the lady at the breakfast buffet. They always had a smile on their face and tried to be of help multiple times during the stay. This is the kind of positive and warm attitude Indian hospitality is known for. Thus others should imbibe the same. Rest stay was overall good.

I HV great experience with novetel jodhpur, very kind and helpful staff and breakfast buffet is mouthwatering. One of the staff member deraj is very humble and helpful person totally it was great experience. Overall feeling was comforting

It was a pleasant stay staff was good the only thing I missed the non vegetarian food as hotel serves only vegetarian food overall a good experience would like to recommend to other travelers Brajesh Nayak

The restaurant staff ( Prachi Ji, Vinod ji , Prashansa ji) is very polite and helpful . They are one of the saving graces . The senior front end staff is good with damage control. But the inexperienced front end and floor staff including the housekeeping and in room dining , restraunt staff leave much to be desired .

Our 15-day staycation at the Novotel was flawless from check-in to check-out, and I must add that the hotel was exquisite. We asked Shubham and Nagma at reception / Front desk for a room with a view during the check-in process, and they were able to secure one with views of Umaid Bhavan Palace and Mehrangarh Fort. Then, H***n, the room and housekeeping crew, provided us with an opulent experience. The best person to make our room sparkle was H***n. In addition, he is very courteous, cheerful, and willing to assist. The chef and the entire crew at The Food Exchange have made our meal very enjoyable. They are attentive to our de***ds and willing to go above and beyond. The restaurant ***agement, Mr. Vinod, Promod ,***av, Shubam, Prashansa, and Neha, were exceptionally kind and amiable, making us feel valued and appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Novotel overall. I intend to come here shortly.

Lovely hotel and staff. Hi-tea was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Specially miss Prachi thakur was friendly , accomodating and willing to help with smile 😊.Her presence was really so positive which was making the resturant environment smooth and pleasent.hope to visit again soon. It was soo nice to visit over Novotel
