The service we had from the front desk staff was fabulous. Even though we only spoke English they were so great. They were very welcoming, friendly, and tended to all our questions with enthusiasm. They also helped us book transport back to the railway station. The room was very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing lacking for us was air conditioning. The location of the hotel is great, close to all of the restaurants and things needed. The park is a short ride down the road. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Kuobo!

Choosing to stay at Orange Hotel during the peak season in Jiuzhaigou is a relatively clear choice. Chain economy hotels are not too bad. There are generally no rooms during the peak season, and reservations must be made in advance. The advantage of this hotel is that it is opposite the hospital in Jiuzhaigou County. There will be a shuttle bus to the entrance of the scenic area in the morning, and professional chain reception capabilities. Other service facilities are also quite good, including robot delivery, unlimited drinking of Nongfu Spring, smart TV projection, and smart toilets, which are very good among economy hotels. Their rooms are quite large and are also non-smoking rooms, which is good. The room is backed by a mountain and the environment is also very good. The only thing that doesn’t feel too good is that the geographical location may be a little worse.

The room is big enough for couple. Very cozy, breakfast was simple, staff are friendly. Hotel is around 3KM to the JiuZhaiGou Valley. Can ask the DiDi driver to bring you guys to a Tibeten restaurant called ”Ah Ma's taste”. We also went to watch the Jiu Zhai Gou Show (Qian Gu Qing). Sorry, I dont have hotel pic cause it is too cozy that I jumped into bed.

The suite we booked has a 1.8-meter bed and a 1-meter bed inside, and a 1.5-meter bed outside. It is enough for the whole family to sleep. There is also a desk inside. The location is 2.4 kilometers away from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. You can take a taxi for 10 or 20 yuan. Taxis are a bit expensive, but the hotel service is ok. Any problems can be solved. However, it is recommended to give some instructions. The hotel phone is a separate line, and it is a bit strange to call the front desk, but it works. The hygiene is ok, and the breakfast is also ok. It is okay if you don’t have high requirements for traveling. It’s just that the quality of some guests is average. They smoke in the restaurant and sometimes in the corridor, and no one stops them. Maybe the locals think it’s nothing. There are restaurants nearby. The barley cakes and beef noodles at Beef Noodle King are good. High cost performance. The room facilities feel a bit old, not like they have just been renovated. Maybe they just painted the walls, but overall it’s okay.

We booked a family room for 2 adults and a 10 yo kid. The room is clean and well designed. The amenities in the hotel is quite complete like laundry room free of charge. Detergent is not provided, however, customer can purchase detergent capsule at CNY5 from the counter at the hotel lobby. There are convenient store and MCD outside hotel building. The hotel also provides a good selection in their breakfast menu which caters customers traveling from western countries. The location of hotel is great, walking distance to national park entrance.
