GGuest UserMinha avaliação é sempre 4C. É conveniente para o Templo e Mansão de Confúcio. Visitamos os dois locais. Para o cemitério, pegamos um triciclo elétrico de 10 ou 15 yuans na mansão. Os três locais valem a pena visitar. Pode ser feito em um dia ou menos. Eu prefiro ver e percorrer rapidamente. Tive alguma dificuldade para encontrar o hotel com o motorista do Didi porque a entrada do hotel fica dentro de um estacionamento. Então, os visitantes pedem ao motorista do Didi para entrar no estacionamento. A cancela do estacionamento leva o motorista a acreditar que será cobrada uma taxa para entrar. A cancela do estacionamento tem o nome do hotel. Nossa estadia no hotel incluía café da manhã. A variedade é típica de um cardápio de café da manhã chinês. Limpeza: Este grupo hoteleiro mantém a limpeza nos banheiros e lavabos. O estofamento do sofá e as almofadas estão limpos, sem manchas. As toalhas estão limpas. Conforto: A cama é firme e o banco traseiro é muito confortável. O ar-condicionado funciona e a água quente e fria também. No geral, as cores do quarto são confortáveis para descansar e relaxar. Atendimento ao cliente: Os funcionários da recepção falam inglês. O segurança carregou uma das minhas malas. O check-in foi fácil porque fornecemos os detalhes da nossa reserva feita pelo Trip.com. No saguão, há garrafas de água e chá chinês gratuitos. Os funcionários prestaram um excelente serviço durante nossa estadia. Obrigado.

旅旅游真棒Although it's just a boutique hotel , this newly opened hotel is equipped with all the modern technologies like AI control of all the room facilities, robot delivery services, clean and nicely decorated room , decent soundproof that's allowed you to have a good quality stay and rest. The hotel is tastefully decorated from the moment you step in and the best part is the view from the open air platform that's allowed you to have a wonderful night view of the city. The Breakfast is one of the best of my Shandong trip and of course the best stay, even on par with some of the international Chain luxury hotels. The owner and his team are always there ready to offer assistance. Highly recommended

JJessie Ly Doan 丽丽The hotel just opened in 2024, so everything is still very new. The reception is on the top floor (27th), along with the restaurant, gym, and laundry room.
My room was decorated in a B-Duck theme. It was super spacious and even had toys inside, which my child really enjoyed. Everything was cute and carefully arranged. I was surprised to see a Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom!
The breakfast buffet was delicious and had more variety than other hotels I’ve stayed at recently. I especially liked the instant coffee packets – very convenient, and not many hotels offer that.
There’s a free laundry and drying service, and they even folded the clothes and delivered them to the room after drying.
Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is also in a very convenient area, close to a supermarket and lots of good restaurants.
I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to Qufu.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the Confucius Temple and Mansion. The ambiance is wonderful, with ancient-style Chinese architecture throughout. Both the rooms and public areas are very well-designed. The courtyard room has a large private courtyard, perfect for relaxing. The hotel service is outstanding. They contacted us a day in advance and even prepared children's toiletries and a step stool. Any issues we had were immediately addressed. On our last day, they even allowed us a late check-out because our child was asleep – so thoughtful! We ordered a few signature dishes at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, and the taste was great. Although it's a bit pricey, there's really nothing else to fault. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserTive uma experiência excelente no Shangri-La de Qufu. A localização é simplesmente perfeita, especialmente para quem deseja explorar as principais atrações históricas da cidade com praticidade e conforto. O hotel oferece um nível de conforto impecável, com quartos amplos, bem equipados e extremamente acolhedores, proporcionando uma estadia muito agradável do início ao fim. Outro grande destaque foi a simpatia e profissionalismo de toda a equipe. O staff é genuinamente atencioso, sempre disposto a ajudar e a tornar a experiência ainda mais especial. Gostaria de fazer um agradecimento especial à Sra. WENDY KONG , que foi extremamente prestativa e amável em todos os momentos. Sua atenção aos detalhes e cordialidade fizeram toda a diferença durante a minha estadia. O Sr Wilson também muito amável, assim como todas as meninas do spa . Sem dúvida, recomendo o hotel e voltaria novamente.

the front desk, housekeepers, and the staffs in the restaurant.
the variety of food in the breakfast spread was good.
I especially like the complimentary fruit tray provided every afternoon and light porridge every night.
the hotel was very understanding and had offered to change my room due to the leakage from the heavy rain.
as I did not request for the change, I was impressed that they had try to accommodate thou running on full occupancy.
I was impressed by the hotel teamwork n unity.
the team worked together to block the flood from entering from the main gate by stacking the sand bags,
they worked tirelessly in the heavy downpour and overcoming the flood.
I will surly visit there again if given the chance.

There is a performance at the front of the temple gates at 8am every morning - the music is so loud it will wake you up from 745am 😂
10mins walk to their pedestrian street , you will find Luckin Coffee, Hey Tea etc and I highly reccomend MOBEN Thai restaurant located about 5mins walk (north) from Hey Tea .
Rooms
We walked into a room which stunk of cigarette smell. Suspect it was either coming through the shared air vents or the linen/towels , as if they were dried at a location where others smoke nearby.
It's a pity because it's a really nice hotel.
We had someone trying to enter the lift with a lighted cigarette in his mouth , and I had to push him out . That's crazy .

Simple and nice local spread.

Only 1 threadmill and 1 spinning bike , shared in the same room as the guests washing machine & dryer.

Very helpful and polite staff but they don't speak English. Have your Google translator ready
