This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It had good amenities: spacious room with extra large king bed, a living area, 2 tvs and 2 toilets and a bathtub. The view from the window was spectacular too. My 2 kids and I had a great rest in the comfy bed.

Nice hotel that could be functional either for a business trip or a pleasure holidays and why not both ?
The hotel is located close to the city Center and only about 10 minutes by car of the old town, what makes the location quite convenient.
Rooms are very clean and modern, breakfast is a bit limited but fine taking into consideration the city.

洗手間有異味，桌面沒擦乾淨，天花板有蜘蛛網，空調開到最低温度，半夜三點還被熱醒，前台叫了個什麼都不懂的服務員上來一通亂按就走了，意思是我半夜三點無聊不睡覺，空調製冷我自己不會調？最後打個電話説工程第二天才來修，第二天我都退房走人了，有什麼意義？超低的前台素質，糟糕的運營管理，差到極致的體驗。平時很少發，實在忍無可忍，以後都避坑了

靖西最好的酒店了。房間很大，床非常大，睡得很舒服。空調也不錯，安靜強勁。房間隔音還好。房間設施舊了些，地毯不算最乾淨。員工非常贊，很友善樂於助人，除了門口的那個員工，見我們拖着行李，直接無視。去通靈大峽谷，鵝泉都很方便。

這次三月三出行，訂了兩間房型，雙人和大床，奇葩的是雙人床比大床房還要大，同等價格的情況下，房間面積區別很大，退房的時候兩個小朋友的綉球忘在酒店房間沒有拿 也不屬於貴重物品，但是兩次電話酒店前台，都説保潔阿姨沒有看到，有點失望 因為第一天收拾的阿姨還幫忙放好在床頭，第二天退房忘記拿了致電兩次酒店都説沒有 .
表揚前台值班小姐姐 温柔熱情，晚上還用工作的小冰箱幫我冰了我的糯米飯 讓我退房可以順利拿走.暖心 感謝.

酒店服務很好，免費升級豪華雙床，送夜宵券雖然沒吃，沐浴露和洗髮水忘記放，等洗澡的時候才發現，打電話叫服務員來送，沒有護髮素，洗衣房很方便，住一晚洗乾淨繼續出發！
