Wow. Had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Lavande Hotel in Jingmen. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The reception staff always had a nice smile for you each time we left the hotel and returned. Our room included breakfast which was really nice and sufficient until lunch time. The room maid was also lovely who we spoke with a few times. Overall a really nice stay and I would definitely return next time we are in Jingmen. Thankyou.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, the check-in experience was very good. Zhou Li at the front desk had a strong sense of service. We checked in at noon. The weather was hot and we took the initiative to send ice water and drinks. Seeing the children we brought, the first time we notified the room attendant to send the sandals and slippers worn by the children in time. Traveling to Jingmen, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Environment: modern decoration is simple and atmospheric, and the room lighting is soft and warm.
