Terrible service, unhelpful and unfriendly front desk. No swimming pool. The hotel must be about 40 years old and hasn’t been upgraded once. The carpet in the room needs to be replaced. Do not stay here.

This hotel stay was pleasant. The room had a great view of the river and bridge. The location was easy to access activities and on the river side was quiet except for the cruise boat horn. We were content with the breakfast variety - mostly vegetable dishes, eggs, and rice noodles. This hotel has been a grand venue in the past, which is obvious by the architecture but is getting a little worn looking in some places - in the room carpet, hallways, and breakfast nook. The biggest disappoin**ent was that the pool that was advertised online and also on the elevator poster but was not accessible. At first, we were told that this hotel does not have a pool but upon questioning we were told that the pool was not working. We could see the pool and it does look very nice and clean, it would have been a welcomed addition to this stay.

真的是老酒店了，看出當年的標還是挺高的，關鍵是一進門又黑又暗，陰氣有點重，主要是一種年久失修的感覺，設施維護太差了，可惜了一很好的位置和江景。細節之處感覺破破爛爛，勉強接待旅遊團吧。我們想要瓶礦泉水還不給送，管理服務意識不對，再説詳細了也沒啥意思了，建議軟硬件都儘快升級吧！

雖然設施設備陳舊了 但衞生方面還是乾乾淨淨的。衞生間空間大 蠻好的。酒店離江邊夜市 也很近 幾分鐘就到 很方便 我住的B樓大床房 還是很好的
