The receptionist hang up the Telephone two times when I called from taxi. Most certainly because she Did not understand English. Informationdesk also no English.

Excellent service, especially the receptionist Ada, who were extremely helpful. The room was very clean. I had decided to spend my birthday at this hotel and surprised by the birthday cake making my first use of the hotel first time!! Will definitely come back again 👍

We had a pleasant stay. The lobby was particularly impressive with real peacocks. Breakfast buffet was expansive and the service was great with the staff remembering our breakfast beverage choices. Room was clean but as the property is huge, it was quite a walk to get to the room. Free car parking with electric charging facilities were also available. Our package included a complimentary photo shoot with a large selection of traditional clothes for adults and children provided at the Aman studio. The photo shoot was very professional and the photographer did a great job capturing our family photos. Highly recommended!

Susan at the front service department was amazing, she was incredibly helpful even before I arrived, taking care of every detail. During my stay she was in constant contact with me helping me make my stay so much easier.

We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza. The hotel was very beautiful, good location, out of the hustle and bustle of the city center. The room is beautiful, however it is slightly dated as there is no extractor fan in the bathroom but it was comfortable and soundproof! It was lovely to have a balcony overlooking the greenery. The food was amazing, and food and beverage staff were so friendly and accommodating to our needs. Daniel from F&B was extremely friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxed. For future check ins, I hope front desk can mention WiFi for the room, the traditional performances they have and any other extras. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing break away in the heart of Xishuangbanna

We enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza, located a bit away from the very city center. The pool and gym are well equipped. A pity that the gym open rather late in the morning (8.30am).
The breakfast is great and offers many choices.
The room is spacious with a nice balcony.

Overall experience is very good, the hotel is not really close to the downtown, you need to take a taxi, but is okay for us. We got a room with a amazing view from the balcony, the bed is super cozy.There have great pool, indoor and out, nice gym and lobby bar.
Also,the stuff are very friendly and helpful,Duty manager Lim Gao provides the high level of service imaginable. Hes lovely and speaks perfect English is really make your stay memorable.
