The facilities are relatively old, maybe it's similar in developed countries, the service is normal, after all, it's a cheap hotel in the area, the surrounding environment is good, the lake view is beautiful, the sunrise is great, the sunset is beautiful, and it's convenient to go skiing

Pros: The staff were very friendly and approachable. The location was good for anyone exploring the surrounding walks and for a morning or afternoon out hiking, with eateries and grocery shop nearby for feeding the family afterwards. Good option of staying in Jindabyne is important. Improvement Suggestions: The kitchen had food stuck to the cutlery and sticky stains outside and inside the fridge which we had to try to clean before using it for our own supplies. The rubbish was not taken out daily as stated on the sign. There was very little soap, shampoo and conditioner provided for the number of guests - we didn’t mind buying some at the supermarket but it would have been nice to be told of this in advance. No air conditioning in summer and fans provided were not very powerful.
