Concerige not able to help us to book for premium taxi ride as we're unable to book for due to 4 persons and many luggages. As a result, they can only book for 2 normal taxi which is more costly.

No complains for this hotel, staff was nice and kind, the room very clean and spacious, price also affordable and the location is perfect for who needs to stay close to the train station.

Very good. I like it very much. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I stayed with friends. It is highly recommended. The hotel is close to Baotu Spring, Daming Lake, and Wulongtan Scenic Area, and can be reached in more than ten minutes on foot. The gate is close to the street, so parking before check-in is difficult. After check-in, there is free parking in the backyard; the room hardware facilities are acceptable. The hygiene is good; but the room is a bit tight, the two beds are almost squeezed together; there is no sofa chair (wooden orange), and the bed is too high, leaving a lack of place to sit; the guy at the front desk is soft-spoken and is a bit of a marketing tactic , which makes people feel a little uncomfortable!

Overall, I am satisfied. It feels like a new area in the west of Jinan, but the supporting facilities are good. There is a shopping mall downstairs and a commercial street opposite. The hotel hardware is very good. There were a few hiccups during the stay, but the high-quality service can help you solve it! The occurrence of problems is always inevitable. The gym and swimming pool are both good, but the only drawback is that the water in the swimming pool is a bit cold!

This is the fourth time, I've been going to this hotel, super friendly staff, foreigner friendly, the bar is filled with drinks, beer, and also fruit every night the breakfast is good, I'll return there and highly suggest it to my friends

位置距離博物館美術館都很近，開車15-20分鐘，酒店附近很好停車，對面有個包子鋪，早上早餐也解決了。距離萬達走路15分鐘，沒地方吃飯可以去萬達，很方便。住宿環境也很好，服務也很貼心，我們幾個都愛喝水，臨走了還送了6瓶水，水是農夫山泉的，洗手液沐浴露洗髮水是阿芙的，一樓大廳還是菜茶菊花茶洛神花茶，我巨愛喝洛神花茶。還給小朋友送了一個玩具熊，真的很好
