Hotéis em Jinan com Airport pickup service

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we will be back again. Excellent location, right on the canal and a few minutes walk to Kuanhouli snack street. Close to all the main tourist attractions in the city centre. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Service is excellent - quick check-in, friendly and efficient front desk staff. Even the cleaners were friendly and offered us a bottle of water as we left! Breakfast has a good selection. Recommend this hotel for business or leisure in Jinan!

I booked this hotel in advance because I was on a business trip. The hotel has a very good sanitation environment, and the front desk service attitude is also very good. It is also close to the airport. There is a hotel shuttle to the airport in the morning. I will continue to choose Vienna Hotel next time.

I checked in quite late in the evening, and have been upgraded to the Presidential Suites for one night stay! I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel room but I had to catch an early flight in the morning. The room is of course spacious (＞2000 sq ft) with a kitchen, living room with a dining table, office area and a bedroom. Busy breakfast service in the morning as there’s conference at the hotel. Buffet style breakfast - a wide variety of food including local food. It could be better if there’s more option for vegetables. The staff helped to call a taxi heading to airport. Overall it’s a comfortably short stay.

The hotel itself is lovely and the service is great. Breakfast selection was also pleasing. The room was spacious and very clean. 😊😊😊 But it’s in a developing industrial area and has limited food dinner places around it. But right outside the hotel door, there’s a BBQ restaurant which was great. Stay if you want proximity to the airport not if you want to go out for the night.

Superb hotel, near Jinan West station. The nicest i have stayed in on this journey. Weird music in the shower though 😂

Vicky's service is very professional and standardized, and I proactively ask questions. I feel that the training is very thorough. Staying in the middle of the night helped me proactively upgrade my room type, and I am very able to consider issues from the customer's perspective. Hygiene: The cleanliness and tidiness are as shown in the picture, even the corners are spotless. Environment: Geographical environment, quiet amidst hustle and bustle, adjacent to Jinan CBD, making it very convenient for both commuting and leisure travel. Facilities: Bathroom, wet dry separation. In terms of public security, there are one card per floor, and cards on other floors cannot be swiped. This prevents the occurrence of sending out small cards or looking for ladies, which is very good. The concierge is also serious and responsible

Facilities: Newly renovated Crowne Plaza, the hardware is good overall, but the decoration is still quite smelly Hygiene: quite clean Environment: Close to the West Station, the surrounding area is relatively deserted, you have to go somewhere else to eat Service: Breakfast is very rich, with Jinan braised pork, but the pick-up is very scattered

Upon arriving Mr Zeus zhou and a new staff was excellent specially my trip from The southbound. Thereafter Joyce Zhang and Lizzy li made my day for the services . Thereafter , very good sleep

Very friendly staff and services. The reception Lucky called me a taxi using her phone. Appreciate her help. The cons are 1) hotel is 15 mins drive away from the airport and 2) the shuttle only runs every hour - from 6-10 am, one hour interval. So if you flight is in between those times you need to wait or take the earlier one
