Hotéis Family-friendly em Jinan

The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, bright and warm. There are welcome fruits on the day of check-in. It feels good to go home! The room attendant Wang Nana is enthusiastic in her service. She cleans the room carefully every day and provides mineral water and toiletries. The surrounding transportation is convenient. The subway and bus are about 100 meters away. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport at the door. The hotel provides a private car to the airport (paid). I feel that it is more convenient to go to the airport at night. Eating is convenient, there are several Chinese and Western restaurants, Wagyu hot pot, seafood buffet, beer, kebabs, and noodles. There is also a locker in the lobby. In short, it was really nice to experience it myself for a few days. Thank you Ctrip and Ramada Hotel for providing me with this accommodation service!

Great customer service, good location, clean rooms. I used this hotel on my way to the airport. Staff have great English and are very helpful. Lots of places to go out and eat and drink. Convenient for the airport of just to stay in Jinan.

This hotel was superb, only one thing to consider. The bathroom with sliding glass door is a nice idea but there should be some kind of curtain to stop the light shining through. In the middle of the night if you switch the bathroom light on then the bedroom where your partner is sleeping also lights up. Other than this the staff were very kind and helpful. Spoke English well enough to assist us.

Concerige not able to help us to book for premium taxi ride as we're unable to book for due to 4 persons and many luggages. As a result, they can only book for 2 normal taxi which is more costly.

AMAZING HOTEL! More than my expectations. Brilliant accommodation. With 200RMB more you can enjoy a late checkout, exceptional breakfast for two with variety of western and Chinese food and drinks, from 14:00-16:30pm you can enjoy the afternoon tea with fruit and very delicious small tuna croissant and Happy hour from 18:00-20:00pm with wine and many alcohol drinks and super delicious food. Highly recommend this hotel definitely worth the money! If I have chance I will visit it again. The view from 70th floor is SPEECHLESS insane. God is good.

The location of the hotel is great. We went in April during Covid-19 restrictions, so the hotel was nearly empty maybe because of that the room was very cheap. The room was clean and the service staff was good can’t say the same about the front desk. Overall it was a comfortable 2 days stay.

This is the fourth time, I've been going to this hotel, super friendly staff, foreigner friendly, the bar is filled with drinks, beer, and also fruit every night the breakfast is good, I'll return there and highly suggest it to my friends

Good hotel. Staff were brilliant, helpful and kind. The room was comfy. breakfast was good. waiters always ready to assist with a smile. However, the building was tricky to navigate, especially the underground parking area. not many rooms or lounges with any view. seemed a bit claustrophobic.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel , the views was so spectacular, room so spacious and I really loved the rotating restaurant. However there was a little bit of language barrier with the room service personnels but many thanks to the lady Hannah who works there .Her English is so fluent , she is very welcoming, polite and professional.

10-15 mins from the airport. The hotel is very clean and has an open setting. The food service is excellent. Staff is friendly and food is really good. Had dinner and breakfast there. They have a good chef :). Will definitely stay here again.
