The cleanliness of this room was below average compared to other Chinese hotels in similar price range..there were even quite a couple of hair on the ground. The friendliness of the staff was great and I felt welcome. Location is good, just in the heart of the city. Overall decent hotel for a decent price but please clean more properly.

Pros:
1) Reception staff were very friendly and always willing to help.
2) Water feature outside the hotel is pretty and good fun for young children to run round and play
Cons:
1) Air-con didn’t work. Despite being set on 10 degrees, the room never got lower than 24 degrees.
2) We had no hot water for our entire stay. We used an empty room next door to shower.
3) The floor had hairs from previous people staying, we had to ask for the floor to be cleaned again.
4) Breakfast….nothing to drink. And was the same food served at restaurants for dinner. Not great.

設施：設施挺齊全的，有餐廳，周圍也有飯店，熱鬧的富強路夜市也在附近，還有停車場（停車場很大）打車也非常方便。
衞生：房間衞生很乾凈很温馨氛圍好，大廳和走廊的衞生也非常乾淨整潔。
環境：酒店環境舒適乾淨整潔。
服務：非常注意強調的是酒店前台的服務真的很好，退房的時候貼心的給了我們熱水，後來又因自己的粗心大意導致手錶遺忘在房間，被收拾客房的工作人員撿到及時告知前台並通知了我（非常感謝收拾客房的工作人員 🙏謝謝～）然後在我去拿手錶時前台小姐姐得知我們去長城遊玩又貼心給我了一些便攜日常用品……這家店服務真的是本人住過各種快捷酒店裡服務很好的之一。非常推薦大家入住體驗，以後來嘉峪關玩首選酒鋼賓館……

服務很貼心，當需要加濕器的時候，服務人員很及時的提供了。房間特別大，很乾凈。位置較好，走15分鐘左右就可以到達當地夜市，夜市裡有很多好吃的燒烤。

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，客房帶露台，孩子很喜歡。服務態度熱情周到，還給贈送了一張孩子的早餐券，自助早餐種類豐富，一樓中餐廳的飯菜味道很贊。

前台的小姑涼服務很好，熱情介紹環境，笑容很治癒，房間挺大的，晚上很安靜，周邊很方便，離幾個景點都不遠，對面有一家挺大的牛肉麪館，步行500米左右有小吃一條街，當然酒店本身也可點菜，即使是春節期間也不用擔心吃飯的問題。雖然不是現代式搞個機器人🤖給你送東西，但住的很舒適，哦，還有枕頭很好，軟硬適中，家庭出遊度過了愉快的一晚
