Hawthorn Tree Hotel (Tianfu International Airport)

Персонал не говорит на английском. Ни слова. Доступа к ватцап/гугл/телеграм/фейсбук/инстаграм - не ждите. Чтобы заказать трансфер из аэропорта - я подошла на информационную доску и попросила девушку им позвонить.

飛行機の乗り継ぎで、一泊しました。 空港送迎は、電話で予約することになってて、私は中国語が話せないのと、通話できるSIMではなかったので、チャットでの連絡で対応してくれないか相談したら、なかなかレスポンスがなく…何とか返信がきたと思ったら「日本語、英語を話せるスタッフがいない。コミュニケーションとれるのか」という内容で、翻訳アプリでいけるよーと言ったけど、そこからまた返信が途絶え… ここの前に泊まってたホテルのフロントから電話してもらったら「空港送迎やってないので、他のホテルを予約してくれ」と案内されました。 色々手一杯でホテル取り直すのが面倒で、結局空港からタクシーで行きました。 ホテル着いて直接対面したら、とても親切で、コミュニケーションに不安があったから返信くれなかったんだなと思いました。 朝のホテルから空港へは、問題なく送り届けてくれました。 ホテルの中はめっちゃ清潔だったし、広さもあって、とても満足！ 周辺もお店がたくさんあって、時間があれば散策したかった。空港までは車で15分くらいでした。

房間環境衞生很好，洗手液很香就是位置有點偏，不過有專車送，有機會下次還在這訂房。

写真通りの綺麗で広い部屋でした。 空港に到着後、ホテルに電話すると約15分後に迎えに来てくれました。 ホテルの周辺には飲食店が多くあり、深夜まで営業していたので便利でした。 ホテルのスタッフは英語を話しませんが、翻訳機を使用することで、難なくコミュニケーションをとることができました。 総合的に、満足な滞在でした。

Hotel really quite and surrounding very friendly and also quite Clean Very near airport Speed pickup and dropping to airport

Price is affordable. The room is good. Suitable for backpacker. The price is for backpakers but the facility is 3 star hotel. You have your own space and do not need share with other people.

Pick up and drop off at airport was on time, no delay. Check in was smooth, neat to airport and they have free pick up and drop off services.

This was nice and friendly Hotel I have ever stayed so far, near to the airport and convenient. They also offer me free airport drive.

This is the worst hotel ever; even my husband, who is usually very mild, said there's nothing good about this place. 😂 Location: BAD - it's quite far from the airport, on top of a mountain, even though they have some food around! Airport transfer: BAD - the receptionist insisted that we needed to reach the pick-up location before calling them. In the end, we waited for 30 minutes at the gate with the temperature at 5 degrees! The hotel: BAD - we booked a queen-sized bed room, and the hotel staff insisted on "upgrading" it to a bigger room with 2 single beds. We asked for our original room, and in the end, they finally said that room wasn't available anymore! The hotel room was normal but it smelled! The staff: BAD - We asked the hotel staff to help us to pick up a delivery which is 100 meters away and was requested to pay 50 yuan for their service!! And the worst part is we told the hotel we didn't need transport the next morning; we would arrange our own. But at 5 am, our room phone rang, then at 5:30 am, someone came to our room and banged on the door, asking us to wake up! We had to tell them again we weren't taking their transport. Then at 6:30 am, they banged on the door again!!! 我一嘴的***不知当讲不当讲 ！真心不推荐这个酒店！做生意要厚道！
