The staff are great, outstanding helpful and friendly. They also offer concierge service and driver to get yo the sights/ gondola! A Didi from Tongren airport to the hotel is very easy to pre order and cheap! Get a river side view room, do tranquil! The food at the restaurant is inexpensive and good. Be great if the hotel has a gym/ swimming pool. ( they have the space) . a great overall experience. Do make sure one walks at night to the village for authentic village food. The hotel occupies one side of the river. The east gate of the park is just across the wind and rain bridge. It is convenient and quiet. There are many parking spaces. This is a gem of a bed and breakfast establishment. We were upgraded to a family style room upon arrival. The room was very large for the two of us. The room was located on the third floor and there is no elevator, but the host graciously carried our luggage to our room. The proximity of the accommodation to the Fangjian Mountain enables us to reach the park area before most other tourists coming from the nearby cities. We were already on our way down the mountain when we see the huge lines of people waiting for the buses and cable cars to come into the park. The accommodation itself is quite impressive. The host and hostess did a good job of renovating to include all the modern amenities of a 5 stars hotel. I would definitely recommend this place!
