The owner of the hotel lives in Singapore, but handles registration for foreigners remotely. The three women who work at the hotel are lovely and make sure that each guest is treated with the same generous hospitality. My only suggestion for foreign passport holders looking to stay here is to establish contact with the owner in advance by adding his WeChat (same as the hotel's phone number) to share documents required for registration at the local police station including passport information page, current Chinese visa, most recent entry stamp, residential address in China, and phone number. This will decrease the time needed for check-in. The hotel itself was spectacularly clean and the rooms were spacious. The hotel is just minutes away by foot from Tuanyun Pagoda (抟云塔) and Wenchang Pavilion (文昌阁), two of Xinye Ancient's Village (新叶古村) most recognizable landmarks. The nearest bullet train station in Lanxi, Jinhua is currently closed, so it's best to take a bullet train into Jiande Station (建德站) followed by a 70-90 minute Didi directly to the hotel. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway!

這家酒店是新開業的，一開始看着評論感覺內心還是比較忐忑的哈哈，但是看到環境和房間都挺好就抱着試試的心態來了，在坐接駁車去辦入住的時候，酒店路兩邊的景觀是做的非常的漂亮，環境真的是沒的説，房間帶有一個還挺大的陽台，裏面有張長桌子，很可惜這次來一直在下雨也沒有用得上，這一趟下來我最喜歡的還是他們家的早餐，品種在我住過的酒店裡麪算是數一數二的全，最好吃值得推薦的還是有一個叫建德豆腐包的小吃，聽説是當地的特色菜，口味真的是一絕，餐廳位置在一個半山腰上，窗外的風景也特別的美。一次很滿意的旅行~

Stray Clouds Villa is a fantastic place to stay in Jiande, especially for those looking to take a break from city life and enjoy some time in the countryside. The owner of the hotel lives in Singapore, but handles registration for foreigners remotely. The three women who work at the hotel are lovely and make sure that each guest is treated with the same generous hospitality. My only suggestion for foreign passport holders looking to stay here is to establish contact with the owner in advance by adding his WeChat (same as the hotel's phone number) to share documents required for registration at the local police station including passport information page, current Chinese visa, most recent entry stamp, residential address in China, and phone number. This will decrease the time needed for check-in. The hotel itself was spectacularly clean and the rooms were spacious. The hotel is just minutes away by foot from Tuanyun Pagoda (抟云塔) and Wenchang Pavilion (文昌阁), two of Xinye Ancient's Village (新叶古村) most recognizable landmarks. The nearest bullet train station in Lanxi, Jinhua is currently closed, so it's best to take a bullet train into Jiande Station (建德站) followed by a 70-90 minute Didi directly to the hotel. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway!
