"Passing through Ji'an on this road trip, this 'red city' continues to surprise me! The streets are clean, and the people live in peace and contentment. The city's appearance has also changed! Let me add a few more thoughts: although the hotel is a bit older, the service is still very personalized. They readily upgraded my room for free, which was great! There's only one charging pile, located in the corridor behind the hotel, which feels a bit out of place. The underground parking lot is quite basic, possibly due to the building's design. Since it was getting colder in the area, the room temperature was a bit uncomfortable. However, the front desk attendant was proactive in finding solutions, bringing extra blankets and even a space heater. Overall, the experience was still good and quite heartwarming!"

"I rarely stay at the Xi'an Hotel. The hotel's cleanliness was good, and the rooms were spacious and clean; overall, it was acceptable. However, one problem was very troubling. After dinner, upon entering the room, I noticed a very disturbing buzzing sound. I called the front desk, and a staff member came up to the room and confirmed the same sound, but she didn't know the cause. I suspected it might be mechanical equipment running on the roof, so I listened on the three floors below, and the sound was present there as well. Just as I was worrying about how to sleep that night, the sound suddenly stopped. The front desk called to say it was the hotel's water pump, which had been turned off. I was puzzled; didn't the previous staff member know this? Then, later that night, an even lower-frequency sound came from the front desk, but they said it wasn't their equipment. We had to take sleeping pills to sleep. I hope the hotel will address this issue. In short, I was very dissatisfied with my stay."
