"Eu estava em Jericó em uma viagem de moto, apenas para descansar e conhecer. eu fiquei no hotel. Eu tenho vários elementos para sugerir e outros para destacar. DESTACA 1. A localização, é muito perto da cidade, com facilidade de transporte. Uma vista bonita porque é um alto de onde se observa todo o município. 2. É muito silencioso, descansa de verdade, verdade, tanto pelo seu silêncio como pelo seu ambiente. 3. A atenção de Sergio é muito boa. 4. A internet funcionou muito bem, não tive problemas. A cabana muito limpa e a cama muito confortável. RECOMENDAÇÕES 1. Melhorar os acessórios, as placas de impressão são destruídas e se o tempo é chuvoso torna difícil o acesso, especialmente para motos de alta cilindrada. 2. Como as cabanas estão um pouco longe da parte central, é necessário ter mais coisas úteis na cabana, por exemplo, forma de fazer café, acesso a água potável, ter uma reserva básica de snacks na cabana. 3. Como é frio, ou pelo menos assim me tocou, precisa de outra cobra."

"We booked the king size bed suite. The rooms of this hotel are right next to a main street where all vehicles, especially noisy motorbikes and trucks have to travel to move around the city at any time. It feels like sleeping on the road. The noise of the motorbikes did not allow us to sleep for 2 nights, the room is a clean room that seems to have been remodeled, but it looks like a prison with high white ceilings without any wall decoration, just a TV on the wall full of ugly cables that lead to a huge table with which you hit your knee when walking. The windows do not have curtains to block out the morning light, which means that at six a.m. you’ll be awake . When we woke up (after a few hour sleep) we found out that the water heater was not working, having to shower in 58f (14c) weather, with water as cold as a cold river. Some people complained about it, and at night we managed to get hot water, but the next morning the water was freezing again. Staying in this hotel was a nightmare, the reasons to stay in a hotel is to sleep well and have a nice shower, neither can be achieved in this place. The staff, although friendly, did not guide us correctly on how to get tour guides to learn about Jericó, even gave us wrong directions. The food at the restaurant was horrible, we ate on one occasion and left the whole pizza on the table. The stay includes breakfasts, breakfasts that consisted of only 3 options, no juices, just coffee or tea, horrible, a poorly cooked single egg, a cold toast and an arepa that could barely be eaten, the first day we left breakfast on the table and went to have breakfast elsewhere and never came back to the restaurant. We are still waiting to put on some robes that were suppose to be deliver to the room. We weren't expecting a 5-star hotel, but we weren't expecting a cheap overpriced motel either. The bathroom is very nice and comfortable, but it is useless if you have to shower with freezing cold water. Terrible experience, this cannot be called a hotel, and not for almost $100 per night, maybe a hostel or a motel is a better category, I wouldn’t pay more than $25 for this place. The building is nice, the view from the balcony is beautiful, but it's useless if you can't sleep, rest or shower comfortably, be aware."

"Chegámos e estavam trabalhadores na casa, o frigorífico com sumos e garrafas que não nos pertencem, e depois de lutar, abriram-nos a sala da casa que faltava e que tinha sido paga. O lugar bonito, o serviço mau, as toalhas com buracos e manchas de vermelho. Finalmente uma experiência opaca por falta de atenção e informação, além do detalhe das toalhas. Não voltaria ,não recomendaria a ninguém"

É claro, um Hotel Boutique que ultrapassa as expectativas e que queremos voltar muito rapidamente."

"Our stay at Casa Jacaranda was nothing short of magical. My husband, my in-laws, and I spent a few nights there in June, and from the moment we arrived we knew we had found a very special place. Casa Jacaranda is a stunning boutique hotel nestled in the enchanting private town of Cauca Viejo, on the banks of the Cauca River. With only a handful of rooms, the atmosphere is intimate and peaceful, and the personalized service makes you feel like a welcomed guest rather than just another visitor. The rooms are incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. Since the hotel is new, every detail is impeccable, from the furnishings to the beautifully maintained common areas. We especially loved spending our afternoons by the spectacular infinity pool and jacuzzi, soaking in the tranquil surroundings. The food deserves a special mention. Breakfast featured a generous buffet with plenty of delicious options, including a wonderful selection of local specialties. Lunch and dinner were equally outstanding, with a menu that offers everything from Colombian favorites to international cuisine, as well as lighter options such as fresh pasta and sandwiches. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. We would especially like to thank Luis at the bar and restaurant, who consistently went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Adriana at the front desk was warm, attentive, and incredibly efficient throughout our stay. We also want to recognize Emanuel, whose hard work keeping the hotel and grounds immaculate did not go unnoticed. Beyond the hotel itself, there is so much to enjoy. Strolling through the charming streets of Cauca Viejo, walking along the river, and taking the short drive to the picturesque town of Jericó made the trip even more memorable. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway that combines elegance, outstanding service, exceptional dining, and the charm of one of Colombia’s most beautiful destinations, Casa Jacaranda is the perfect choice. We left with wonderful memories and cannot recommend it highly enough."
