Stayed for five nights with a friend, the first room we had was very disappointing. The bidet and toilet faced each other with only a 6 inch gap between, and both were only about 10 inches from the bath, making getting out of the shower very hazardous. After complaining, we were given a much better room. The cleaning of the rooms was not particularly good, we found hairs in the bath on arrival, and we had no towels on one day. However, the beds are quite comfortable. The breakfast was mediocre, but plentiful. The hotel is situated very conveniently for the centre of Jerez within walking distance of the train and bus stations and only 10 minutes from both the Cathedral and Gonzalez Byass bodegas.

The hotel is a charming building, occupying a former convent. It's very close to the centre of Jerez, with parking available nearby and in close proximity to nearby bustling restaurants and cafes. The staff are excellent and friendly, especially the very helpful manageress Maria Montiel, and we can't forget the two ladies who give service at breakfast, always with a smile. The cleaners maintain the rooms to a high standard, and in a cheerful fashion. We stayed in a comfortable room overlooking the square, and have stayed there twice, which of course is a recommendation!

Hotel in the center, very convenient for visiting the city on foot. The gentleman who welcomed us was very kind, he kept our luggage after check out for the whole day. Clean and characteristic room. Recommended!

The environment is an industrial polygon, but once inside it is beautiful and also 5min in the car from the center. It has a terrace and swimming pool with very pleasant atmosphere Very good price quality

Staff can make all the difference and we were particularly impressed with Esther who was a ”star”! From checking us in, to helping us with our sightseeing, she dealt with our queries with a smile... top marks for customer service! We were very pleased with the location, parking and facilities.

The hotel is very impressive, set in lovely grounds. It is spacious and spotlessly clean. All rooms have a balcony (but no kettle). It is about 20 minutes from the centre of Jerez. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of hot and cold food. There are three restaurants (the main one where breakfast is held, a snack bar and a Tapas Bar). When eating at the hotel we preferred the snack bar as the main restaurant served a buffet dinner which we felt was soulless and lacked atmosphere. The tapas bar was highly recommended by other guests. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants in the area such as Bodega Las Botas, Val de Pepe and La Solera. There is a supermarket nearby.

Booked this hotel online and was not expecting much. It turned out to be a fantastic hotel. We had a room for 3, so it was with a sofa bed. Rooms and beds are comfy, and I love the toiletries! The team at front desk are really helpful too. Definitely going back there if I am in Jerez again.
