OYO 89922 the Sarina Hotel & Cafe

For the budget stay, you can find more better than this for this price. But this hotel not bad. Toilet is fine, room is clean and easy to park our car. Only have stairs to go to the room.

Tempat yg strategik, tepi jalan utama memudahkan pelanggan utk kesini..keseluruhannya berpuashati dgn hotel ni.

Fasiliti yang sangat moden,kemas dan bersih..lokasi strategik...cuma tiada parking khas untuk penghuni hotel ..overall terbaek..

The hotel is located strategically near the Universiti Malaysia Kelantan in a government business arcade. This is a remote area in Kelantan, and the hotel location is the most developed part in this area where you can find major brand like KFC, MrDIY, 7-11. There are several hotels/homestays in this location. I have previously stayed in two others. The room size is comparable to the other two. The room is however fully carpeted compared to the other two. I chose the hotel this time because of they rate the best in the other travel booking website and easy access to cafe. Unfortunately, the cafe was close when I came and I still have to drive for meal - which can be difficult as it was heavily raining and the main road is very busy. The free wifi is non-existent. My main complaint is regarding the hotel's toilet. To be fair to them, the front desk did mention about the leaking hot shower. But he only highlighted that it will be noisy because of the dripping and the hotel has put cloth around it to reduce the noise. In truth, the shower is not working at all. I have to shower using the bidet. The hotel should be right offer a discount for this room or just take it off from their availability list.

Overall okay.
