The hotel and area are very nice and comfortable, but customer service is not a priority here. The staff are clearly nice people, but they do not seem to have been trained to provide any customer service or to even be friendly. I booked 2 queen beds and they looked me in the eye and told me I did not. Once I showed them my booking receipt on ******* they said that was to bad and they didn’t have the room. They blamed *******. I asked them for extra linens for the pullout, since I didn’t bring extra blankets and they didn’t have them. We used towels & wore extra clothes to bed. After checking in with 4 different staff people we got moved to a room with 2 queens the second night. I was just happy to get 2 beds. There were many available rooms and I found it a bit pathetic they put us right by the elevators after all that, but I didn’t have the energy to say anything and talking to this staff was very difficult. They clearly didn’t have the tools or knowledge of how to provide good service.
