Hotel was nice but no room service which is sucks . The reason is lacking of stuff . Good thing is restaurant just at the lobby . We did reservations to save our spot. But over all location is perfect. They have bicycles to rent.

The staff did an outstanding job over the December 25th holiday. Everything at the hotel was delightful - especially the meals on the 24th and 25th. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Jekyll island is beautiful and the property is too. Enjoyed a long bike ride on the very convenient bikes.

The Jekyll Island resort was beautiful - enjoyed drinks at the bar before a beach wedding that was held there and also breakfast the next morning at the cafe. My husband said that was the most comfortable bed he has ever slept on. The surrounding area was also very nice with many shops, restaurants and bars.

Great view and excellent property. Perfect vacation.
Only downside is that I didn’t get the room I reserved. I booked a king with an ocean view. I received a double queen with an ocean view. I would have appreciated the transparency upfront.

The amenities were fantastic. A bike rental for 4 hours per person, beach umbrella and 2 chairs, pool service, great food and drinks just to name a few things there. Starbucks is on site.

Overall, not worth the price. I could stay at a holiday inn for what I got here!!! The room furniture seemed cheap, old, and run down. We asked housekeeping to come twice until they finally came to clean our room one day. There was no umbrella service on beach even though advertised Sunday before Labor Day. We waited standing on beach for 30 minutes and no one came. The pool is tiny. We went to breakfast one morning on site & it took an hour for them to make our food and the waitress didn’t want to make the juice I wanted. This was not a 4 star stay. The beach front part was super nice and accessible was the great positive part about our stay.
