Made a large booking 30 plus rooms, (mix of 1 bed through to 3 bed villas) at the Narcissus Resort for F1, the resort itself needs some serious investment and attention to detail and lacks operational management presence. The salesperson was extremely nonresponsive and misleading with his communication, not respecting or understanding the customers expectation. Suites all though very large and well appointed, require deep clean, from windows, chandeliers full of dirt and dust, broken doors, patio wood broken, villa pools half full of water and not cleaned. The only saving grace for our booking were 2 people, Ahmed (FO) and Iwan (HK) who appeared to be the only people who would fac the issues head on. In summary: Would I recommend the hotel, NO. Would I re book the hotel, NO. In today's world of hospitality and the many luxurious hotels available, this hotel disappoints on many levels.
