"The main course at the restaurant was horrible. The room was cold, just like the attitude from the woman at the receptions desk. My nice silk scarf got a big rip on it when I hung it on a hook in the room and when we brought it up at check out, the woman behind reception simply told us that she “would go check it” and offered no compensation. When we asked to talk more about it, she shut us off as if we were making very unreasonable demands and said we could only choose to contact her afterwards. So we called her after we came back home but this time her excuse was “I would definitely not discuss this over the phone so your only option is to write emails to me instead. It was obvious that she didn’t want to compensate us with anything but she didn’t have the courtesy to just straight out say it to us. We wrote an email to her and I’m open to see if she can actually answer us in a satisfactory way and in that case, I would consider retract this review. In short, it was a very unpleasant stay which is way overpriced and I would not recommend it to anyone that doesn’t like to suffer."

Looking at the old comments, it turns out that this woman is responsible, and other night shifts The morning service staff have a good attitude. "O principal curso no restaurante era horrível, e a sala estava fria, Como a atitude Da mulher no escritório de recepção. Meu bonito sapato de seda tinha um grande rasto quando o amarrei num gancho no quarto e quando o trouxemos para fora, a mulher atrás da recepção simplesmente nos disse que "você iria ver" e não ofereceu compensação. Quando pedimos para falar mais sobre isso, ela nos fechou como se fizessemos exigências muito injustas e dissesse que só depois podíamos escolher contactá-la. Então, chamámos-la depois de voltarmos para casa, mas desta vez, a desculpa era: "Eu definitivamente não discutiria isso no telefone, então a única opção é escrever-me e-mails em vez disso. Era óbvio que ela não queria compensar-nos com nada, mas não tinha a cortesia de dizer-nos isso. Escrevemos um e-mail para ela e estou aberta a ver se ela pode realmente responder-nos de forma satisfatória e, nesse caso, considero retirar esta revisão. Em suma, foi uma estadia muito desagradável, que é de maneira excessiva e eu não recomendaria a ninguém que não gosta de sofrer."
