Awesome experience! The food, the service everything was very good. The dining hall is also very good.The behavior of staffs is also very good and special thanks to Mr Suresh who personally looking for it. Me and my family would like to visit again there.

On May 2nd 2024 we had a family gathering at ‘ The Alcor’ on the occasion of my nephew’s 1st birthday. Being the host , I was happy to know from the guest that food was very much liked by them. Secondly, we were amazed at the prompt service by the Alcor team under the guidance of Mr. Suresh J. ( AGM). Food was one of the main factor to throw a party at Alcor once again. I must say that this time our overall experience was very good. Thanks to the entire team for making our event successful.

Good hospitality, good pace to stay for business. The break fast spread is good too. However I came across small maintenance issues, mostly because the property is old. Otherwise it’s a good place to stay for your official or business visits

Surprised to see that staff went above and beyond their duty to provide the de***ded service from the customers. Maintained proper communication throughout. Provided little things which ***y hotels don’t even address

Great experience, great room, great room service, great food, would recommend to everyone who is coming to Jamshedpur. The staff also accommodated for late check out which I really appreciated, Highly recommended place, proper 4 star experience!

Well maintained hotel and all staff were very friendly and courteous Mr Swagat from front desk was very cooperative Food was as per my expectation and variety of food was provided by hotel Front desk person was very helpful and supportive...

We came for wood fired pizza and Sushis and it was fab! I would request everyone to come here and try it atleast once. The servers Sourav and Kamala were great. It a must visit place for the pizzas and Sushis! Malay too was very kind and he looked after us very well.

Visited Zirca Restuarant… food was topnotch and the service was prompt.. our waiter Nayan was great with providing us our choices of off-menu cocktail… it was good… A must visit place for exquisite food. Music was great and mellow. It gives a calm vibe.
